Living in England and ordering from the US I didn't know how long the Emma test kit I ordered was going to take to get here but it arrived very quickly by Fedex. Getting the test kit returned by Fedex was a different matter. I was not able to find a telephone number for them that worked. Not the fault of Real Time Labs though. When I finally got the packet collected it got there quickly and I got the result quite quickly in the time frame that was suggested so all in all it was a good experience.

We had black mold in our walls and my son was suffering from mycotoxin illness, which was confirmed via a Great Plains Mycotoxin lab test. I ordered RealTimes EMMA test to see if it would show the mycotoxins in his room before we remediated. We wanted to find a reliable test that could identify the problem in other homes in case we decide to move. RealTime labs' Mycotoxin and mold test (EMMA) did not show any levels of mycotoxins in that room. We only provided samples in that room. We opened up the wall right after completing the test at Real Time labs and sure enough there was a full wall of black mold. I don't trust RealTime labs to identify a mold problem in my home after doing the EMMA test.

I would give them 20 stars if I could!!!

I wish there was an option for ZERO STARS. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a business. From them not being able to find my order from the order number THEY ISSUED, to over 20 phone calls made with no answer and voicemails left with no response, I would say run far away from this "lab". We were desperately waiting on pins and needles for lab results from a home we're buying to ensure everything was in the clear before signing all closing paperwork, no thanks to the lab or company, we are now forced to close on a home we can only pray isn't going to make my family as sick as the toxic mold we left in our old home. Most often, people needing these tests are in a desperate, hopeless place and just needing answers. I'm very saddened to be writing such a bad review on a company who supposedly just wants to help others. I wish I'd never given them my money. Save yourself the time and heartache and find a more reliable lab.

Not transparent. I'd like my refund.

When I went to order a follow-up lab test, I realized I could get a discount from the price of the first test. I emailed customer service to find out the accension number, and they got right back to me so I was able to save money on the lab work. Additionally, the lab tests were supposed to take up to 10 days to process but I had the results in less than 5 days. I am very pleased with Real Time Laboratories. Thank you.

The staff at RealTime are extraordinary. They were extremely helpful in wading through the paperwork necessary and protocol for test orders from both physicians and Direct Access Testing.

The results are completed veery quickly and immediately shared which is invaluable for making treatment decisions!!!!!

The process was super easy and the results came back in 4 business days within receipt of sample!

It would certainly help if you gave a correlation between the units you use and those used by your competitor. I had two tests by them previously and am having difficulty comparing your results with theirs.

I got the lab results quite easily but I did find the instructions that came with the test confusing as far as shipping. There was no explanation on the shipping paperwork and when I called their lab for help, no one returned my calls after two attempts. I had to phone the shipper for instructions. I did not have this issue with Great Plains Labs, all was explained. I would tell Real Labs to be more explicit in their paperwork and to be available for any questions someone may have.

Results came super fast and when I did call to ask a question they were very helpful. Will definitely recommend to others

It’s my opinion that this company is dishonest and completely untrustworthy. I took dust samples for their EMMA test and for another company’s Ermi test from my apartment on the same day. The EMMA test came back 0.00 for all mold species, and the Ermi test came back positive for many of the same species. Some levels were considered safe and others were in the high range. It makes me think that this company didn’t even actually test my sample!!! I feel like I was completely defrauded by Real Time Labs. I’m a single mom and this was a lot of money for me to spend. I feel like I got conned out of $400. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND never using this company EVER!

This a terrible company. I did not want the test put on my CC, if ins didn't pay. They were informed of that before they did the test. I see they took my money without my authorization . I have never gotten any test results.The owner of the co actually started yelling at me on the phone."You ordered this test, you are paying for it!"

Excellent! Received the results one day after overnight couriering the urine sample. You can't beat that!
