Retturned my watch as it was not as shown on the picture.
Kept on messaging them for refund and yesterday when tried message them on the website it states shop currently unavailable.

Closure of company
Purchased an item no problem, returned it to exchange, sent a photo of new order, they then sent back the original purchase.
Sent an email 16/1/25 they responded told us to print tracking label, went to do that as directed , no label available emailed again and company now closed down.
Feel they stalled my order as knowing they were closing down.
In fairness lots of info how to claim of Credit card etc, suppose I at least got my original purchase back.
Other customers are going to be out of pocket.

I ordered a watch on the 3rd jan it came the 6th jan it had a crack in the screen from delivery I sent it back the 7th and received my replacement on the 10th the company was so helpful with returns and keeping in touch I’m so happy with my watch it’s beautiful and the service was excellent and super fast turnaround thank you again for your help. The quality of the watch is amazing too. Thank you

Appalling, avoid at all costs
Appalling. Vivienne Westwood watch bought as a Christmas gift arrived not working. Was told they don't check watches before shipping. Told me to go and get the battery changed but they would only reimburse up to £10. You can't speak to them on the phone as the number is disconnected.

Paid for guaranteed quickest delivery time .Watch still arrived late I had to order another watch from a different website Which did arrive on time The watch box was also very rough and worn second hand looking and the protective plastic around the watch inside the watch box was roughly put on and definately didn't look like a new watch.
I would definately not reorder or recommend this company. Extremly disappointing as the watch was ordered as a gift.
