I was very impressed with your service…
I was very impressed with your service from start to finish.
I was dubious at first, as I’d never ordered a watch on line before.
It came within 8 days and I had emails keeping me informed of delivery.
When it arrived, I couldn’t have been happier with it as I lost my original one on a weekend away and was devastated.
Finding your company and finding my exact watch was the best thing ever.
Your prices are excellent also.

Fully not working
Watch fully not working. It’s working little bittle. I am very disappointed. I bought it in February but used it in September.

Cannot return or exchange
Brought a watch online, as soon as it arrived I wanted to return it, there is no way to return the item. You have to raise a ticket, and then never hear from them again, please avoid, I wish I read the reviews before buying from this company

Return problem resolved.
There was an issue with a faulty watch I returned. They kept saying that they hadn’t received it back, however they kept communication going and eventually agreed to send a replacement. I was so worried as it was part of my daughter’s 21st birthday presents so was so grateful to them for sending a replacement. Thank you!
