I don't often leave reviews, however after an appalling experience yesterday I feel the need to share my disappointment.

I've been a customer of Dr Kathryn for many years. I can't fault her at all. I did however have a bad experience with her new receptionist Jamie. I had my appointment booked in for months, I called the day before to confirm my appointment as I did not receive a reply to my email the day before. It is a long journey for me so just wanted to avoid any surprises.

As I don't have the surgery's number saved on my phone (recently changed phones), I googled Real you clinic and called the number that popped up. This went to voicemail and I then realised it was a mobile number, after another search I called the land line and was greeted by Jamie who started questioning me continuously as to why I called the doctor on her mobile. Quizzing me over and over again as to why I've not received her email or text message she has sent. She was rude and put the phone down in my ear and cancelled my appointment. I tried calling back but my phone calls were not answered.

I am taken aback as I simply called to confirm my appointment on a number that came up on a google search. It is clear that repeat business is not important to this clinic nor does this receptionist cares about Dr Kathryn's clients.

Dr Kathryn has been helping me through the menopause. I have been on the HRT pump for a few years now but felt like I needed extra support. She booked me in for a blood test and the very next day she had the results and emailed the results.

Dr Kathryn is amazing and so reliable. I wouldn’t trust anybody else through my journey.

Highly recommend her. She knows her stuff and goes over and above to help and support you.

I’ve been under the guidance of Dr. Kathryn for two years now for help and support going through all the stages of menopause. She has been absolutely amazing and her advice and care invaluable.

With regular blood test I am going through this stage in my life with no symptoms whatsoever. I am now moving from tablets to one pump for ease so I can continue to live a good quality of life.

We just experienced possibly the very best customer service of all time. After researching online and visiting other consultations but not feeling confident with their competence I came across this clinic. I called the contact number and was greeted by a courteous member Jamie lightfoot who made the whole process efficient and provided in depth details and consultations within 3 hours. Jamie provided such a positive first time experience that I decided to book the appointment and was seen the same week. Upon arrival there was a warm greeting. The clinic was so clean and smelt gorgeous there was relaxing music that made me and my mum feel so tranquil. When seeing Dr Kathryn Taylor-Barnes she was absolutely a delight provided factual information asked what our concerns were and provided a full step by step process and asked if we were happy to proceed. Dr Kathryn had such a possible aura and during the whole procedure checked on my mum and changed her gloves 6 times showing upmost importance of hygiene. Post finishing she provided advise on how to reduce bruising,after care and vitamins my mum should take. Upon reaching home that evening I received a message asking how my mum felt and received a link of vitamins I could independently purchase from Amazon. On a whole I would say the clinic is a hidden gem and provided extensive treatments without hefty price tag. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a treatment especially age related wrinkles. Thank you for all your help.

My whole experience with Dr Kathryn at Real You Clinic has been super. I had Botox and dermal filler treatment and now Ellanse to build up my cheeks. I look very refreshed and natural and the results are what I wanted. Even my wife is impressed. Highly recommend Dr Kathryn.

I have been seeing Dr Kathryn at Real You Clinic for my skin needs for years. My latest treatment with her was the Nordlys IPL for pigmentation. My pigmentation darkens initially and flakes and fades within a week.I also use Obagi and Medik8 skincare which I also get from Dr Kathryn and under her guidance I could not be happier with the results.

I plan to have the Nordlys Frax laser in the Autumn and totally trust Dr Kathryn and highly recommend her and this clinic in Twickenham.

She is very knowledgeable, experienced, professional and kind and will advise you on the best treatment for you, regardless if her clinic offers it or not. I'm so happy I have found her and now that I have I would never go elsewhere for treatment or advice. You are in best hands with Dr Kathryn and I really cannot recommend her and Real You Clinic highly enough 🙏🏻

Thoroughly recommend The Real You Clinic in Twickenham and Dr Kathryn Taylor Barnes for age-related skin and hair improvement.
Dr Kathryn prescribed an HRT cream oestrogen/progesterone mix and it very quickly made a significant difference. Hair and skin density noticeably better - within a month for my skin and within 3mths for hair. Subtle but continues to improve. Also included was a tiny bit of testosterone which I feel improved my self-confidence, this had been rock-bottom, took about a month.
I’d also recommend the Skinade drink that Real You sell, for me that works on hair quality Takes about 6 weeks maybe less.

I was finding I couldn’t wear many of my earrings as my ear lobes had become thinned with age. I went to see Dr Kathryn for ear lobe rejuvenation. The procedure was straightforward and painless, only a little redness and soreness for a week with amazing results.

At the time we discussed my medical history. Having been diagnosed with osteoporosis some two years prior, Dr Kathryn encouraged me to go for an early repeat scan to check on progression. I’m so delighted I took her advice as the repeat scan showed I did not, in fact, have osteoporosis but had had an erroneous scan.

I’m so thankful that I saw Dr Kathryn and took her excellent advice as well as getting some new ear lobes! I would recommend anyone with thinning ear lobes to have this treatment with Dr Kathryn.

Wow, what can I say about Dr Barnes, she has a serious eye and her attention to detail is exceptional. She is very honest but not telling you anything you don't already know. I wish I had met her years ago. Really happy with my results, I look how I feel, amazing!!

Having now been abroad to have this procedure I can honestly say Dr. Kathryn has been spot on with her recommendation!
