Disappointed with aspects of product and customer service
Bathroom ceiling panels ordered and delivered promptly. The panels themselves are excellent but the edging trim (coving) needed to fit it was nothing like that in the main product picture, of very poor quality and a terrible colour match - it looks lilac in comparison. A call to ask about it was met with total indifference.

From my first contact with Fiona I had first class service. Fiona was absolutely amazing she sorted everything out for me . I needed it delivered outside of their normal delivery day and she sorted it out. Fiona went above and beyond. The quality of the worktops are brilliant. Highly recommend

The member of staff was very friendly and helpful, explaining about the laminates uses. She said she could also get the panel delivered if it wouldn't fit in our car, but luckily it did. Would definitely recommend this company.
