Excellent customer service - I phoned up to order some sealant to match my shower panels ,they were so helpful and sent me my order so quickly ,thankyou Rearo!
I Have had a installation of wet wall…
I Have had a installation of wet wall panels that have appeared to delaminat.
I have been installing wet wall panels for years and never seen anything like this from this company or any other brand that I have used.
But on this occasion it appears that the fault lies entirely with the installation. According to Rearo.
As a company they will not admit that there Products could have a fault in any way
There inspector just wanted to blame everything on the installer, rather than say that there could be a problem wilth the panels.
The information that he passed back to his office was also incorrect and he failed to provide answers and photographs or videos that shows all the defective areas.
The office that he reports to have no idea of the extent of the problem, as he has failed to correctly pass back information that is critical in making a proper assessment.
On a call to there office the Sales person said, I can't make a assessment as I haven't seen all the information ( that he should have been given from there own inspector) and that I should seek leagal aid for advice and pay for a independent inspection from a third party.
Sadly as a small independent company I feel that they are trying to fog me off and put me in a position where i have no where else to turn,
Worktop not fully edged
Purchased 4m worktop to construct a kitchen island to match a worktop I bought from Rearo last year.
It was the last one of this range they had and was at a good discount.
Very pleased with service and price.
Delivery was prompt and everyone I have dealt with has been polite.
The worktop I received should have been edged to all sides but was only edged 3 sides. I am currently trying to get hold of edging strips to finish off worktop.
Can’t change as it has match existing tops

Materials arrived dirty and damaged
I like the product but the Materials arrived dirty on all sides and damaged on the back face. The finished sides of the sheets look not to be damaged but hard to tell with the dirty/marked protective film. The back face of one of the sheets has two indents that penetrate about 2mm into a 3mm thick sheet and for me this has degraded the value and possibly the life of the product and will therefore require a replacement.

Purchased an upstand and arranged to collect from the Skelmersdale branch. It was a little difficult to find but Peter and his team were very helpful.
Amazing and reliable company
Probably one of the vest company's I had the pleasure to deal with lately. The lady in the office, I think her name was Sophie was amazing. She rearrange my order so I got it quicker and kept me informed every step of the way. Even calling me on the day to let me know their driver had gone sick but my delivery is still coming. There products were really good also. Definitely will use again in the future

Great product, easy to lay and looks amazing. Easy to order and arrived in plenty of time.
Really poor
Really poor. Order not placed correctly. Builder lost 3-4 days work as a result of broken promises and assurances of stock arriving on several different days. No compensation given. Happy with product but very, very poor customer service.

Better value and quality
I was looking at buying 2 x 3 metre lengths of a well known DIY suppliers, cheap kitchen worktop and then I'd needed to work out how I would get it to my property. Because Rearos worktops are 4.2 metres I only needed one length. Rearo supplied/ dellvered a longer, higher quality product and splash back for less than the 2 I was considering. Now installed, the worktop and back look really nice.
