The sales rep did not know when this will be fixed and advised that it has been going on for some time. No positive assurance to a customer that it will be back and working. Website promises hassle free returns
Website promises hassle free returns, not in my experience. I bought a chair that when arrived was it was badly damaged and was clearly a return, it took a couple of chasing phone calls to get an exchange. The replacement chair arrived but unfortunately it not comfortable. I contacted Rebel within 3 days and was advised they would process a return, which has yet to happen. I have now spoken to someone different on 3 occasions and each time promised call backs with collection details but nothing.

Purchased (Impulse 1800/600 Rectangle…
Purchased (Impulse 1800/600 Rectangle White Cantilever Desk with White legs) for my sons bedroom. I opted for the white legs; so it doesn't look like an office desk. Looks really good in his room and goes nicely with the rest of his white furniture. Rebel customer services was very good.

Great Price & Service
I needed a high office chair and these guys were able to provide what I was looking for at a great price, prompt service, I would recommend you give them look. Only negative I have is box was damaged and part of the frame was protruding through, luckily it was not damaged.

Don't believe the website! I ordered two of the Trexus Desk High Cupboard 800x600x730mm High Gloss Black Ref I000733 on a Wednesday, with hope that it would arrive 'Next Working Day' as advertised on the website. It's advertised as 'FREE 48H DELIVERY' then read the small print...."Consumer Delivery Expectation: Order fulfilment will take between 3 and 5 days and is subject to stock availability." I actually called Rebel / Quills and confirmed when these items would be delivered. I was then told there items would not be delivered until the following Monday / Tuesday at the earliest and I would be called before they would arrive as these are large items. They arrived on the Monday and I was not called by anyone. The items where just left in the reception and not taken to the office as specified. What makes the situation worse, was it was clear that the items arrived flat pack. When it clearly said that the items would not be delivered flat pack. It actually says on the website "Flat Packed : NO". They still haven't updated the website! I then called Rebel / Quills and was told that for an extra charge I could get these 'made up'. This was such an insult, after only ordering these because they don't come flat pack! If I wanted to pay over £700 on 2 desks which arrived to the incorrect address I would have gone to Ikea, at least then you know it will come flat pack. I then had to arrange a collection of the items, which of course I was told would happen 'Next Working Day' and of course, it was then collected 2 working days later. A collection which I had to arrange! I feel like I have been lied to by Rebel and I would not believe them if they say the item is in stock, if they say free 48 hour delivery and even still they have yet to update the website to have correct product specifications.

I am sorry to hear of the problems you experienced with your order and I have investigated this at our end.
I can confirm that the Trexus cupboard you ordered is provided by two of our suppliers which resulted in a duplicate product being displayed on the website. Whilst 48hr delivery was available for this specific item (depending on stock), the default lead time was displayed as 3-5 days on our website. I can confirm that the duplicated product has now been removed from the website to ensure that this problem doesn’t happen again and we have raised with our provider that the product spec was incorrect as it displayed as being assembled but this wasn’t the case. The other supplier who also provides the same cupboard ‘flat packed’ is cheaper and we would be happy to send this to you and have it built for you, onsite, at no extra cost.
In terms of the collection, we liaised with the suppliers directly but there was a miscommunication on their end as they had advised that the collection would be ‘next day’ when we should have been advised that it would be 3 working days before a collection could be made. My colleague then arranged for our supplier to have one of their own vans to come and collect the cupboard rather than waiting for the manufacturer to do this and to avoid any further delays.
As per my colleague Denise’s email on the 12/11/2019, we have issued a full refund for the cupboard and are happy to supply the product from the alternative supplier and cover the installation costs due to the inconvenience caused.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the problems that you have incurred. We pride ourselves in providing good service and always love to see customers return to our website after their first order. We are sorry that your second experience of shopping with Rebel wasn’t a good one, but we do want to rectify this for you and ensure you receive the item that you wanted.
Please let us know how you would like to proceed in terms of a replacement product.
