When I checked to see if item would be delivered in time for procedure needed, I did an online chat with a Customer Service Rep that was able to give me the name of the deliver person as well as time frame for delivery. Items are great but didn't have one of the items in stock although it let me order it, so had to go down the refund root. Also the item that was in stock took a few days more than expected to be delivered.

I ordered a chair that I found to be uncomfortable as the back length was not suitable for someone 5 foot 10 inches in height. I asked for instructions on how to return the item at 4 days. After 3 emails and 2 calls over 3 weeks I was told that Rebel Office Supplies were not willing to receive the item back. Under UK online shopping law, the customer has the right to return any item within 2 weeks and they do not have to give a reason.

Quality office tables
Sturdy, high quality office tables. We paid extra for delivery to the Isle of Wight because of the ferry crossing, but we were prepared for this as many mainland companies do not account for ferry crossing when stating their shipping policy. Customer service excellent and delivery on time 2-3 business days. Happy to recommend this supplier.

Next day delivery takes a week
Bought a chair last Tuesday that was in stock with free next day delivery. It was not delivered on Wednesday and when I emailed them they told me it was not in stock and will not be delivered until next Wednesday. If I had known that I would have bought it from another website instead, but then i guess that's why they do it. Will cancel the order on Monday.

Superb service
Although there was a delay from the supplier for the item ordered they contacted us immediately to explain lain the new delivery date. When explained this would cause difficulty they sourced it from another and delivery was then when promised.
