Couldn't fault them!
I rang Rebel and spoke to the very helpful Ria who guided me through the ordering process and beyond. She picked up on an error I had made whilst ordering (wrong colour!!) and gave a really personal touch to the process. The desk we ordered arrived ahead of schedule. Very happy with the service we received.

I'm sorry to hear about this, the telephone number that is advertised on the Rebel website is a free phone number and we do not charge our customers for calling us (this is known as a service charge).
The cost shown on your telephone bill will be an access charge from your own telephone provider i.e. BT, EE or Vodafone.

Spoke to a lady called Rhea, although they didn't have what I wanted in stock she was able to provide a close alternative. Would use and would recommend.
