The nutritionist for Reboot Fitness and Weight Loss Boot Camps will work with you throughout the week to give you advice and alternative healthy food options. She can help you devise an eating plan that can be easily replicated upon your return.  The Reboot chef is available on site at the boot camp accommodation throughout the week and clients go home with the recipes of all the meals you have eaten. Naomi Devlin BA (Hons), is responsible for nutrition at Reboot Dorset Fitness and Weight Loss Boot Camps and has designed the menu to balance your blood sugar levels, be nutritious and tasty while enabling it to be easily replicated at home. Our on-site chef prepares all the food at Reboot to suit your individual needs and requirements. You will also receive nutrition workshops during your week at Reboot Weight Loss Boot Camp with our nutritionist and you will be provided with all the recipes to take home. The Reboot Fitness and Weight Loss Boot Camp team is second to none - you will work with Reboot’s owner and renowned industry professional Mark Hooks BSc (Hons) on a fitness regime that will ensure you never get bored with your training, while the rest of the team are fully qualified and insured fitness professionals. The boot camp accommodation is simply stunning. Situated in the peaceful surroundings of West Dorset guests will reside at one of the UK’s most beautiful rectories. Post-fitness activities include massage and holistic therapies by our therapy team. We often get asked about weight loss at Reboot Fitness and Weight Loss Boot Camps. Obviously weight loss depends on many factors, including your current weight, how hard you work at the boot camp, what you currently eat, etc.  We do not weigh you at Reboot as we believe it is far healthier to focus on fitness and healthy living - weight loss comes as a by-product.  Having said that, we have had some clients lose in excess of a stone during the Reboot week but weight loss is not something we focus on.   Reboot Fitness and Weight Loss Boot Camps does not advertise itself as a "drop a dress size in a week" boot camp. Any boot camp can make you drop a dress size in a week by not feeding you properly but this is neither healthy or sustainable.  We have some clients who come to Reboot because they are obese and sedentary and other clients who come to train for specific events such as triathlons, marathons, Iron Man, etc. Every client will be pushed to their own personal limit in a healthy, educational and structured manner.

Amazing Experience

Having recently attended Reboot it lives up to its name in that it energises you and provides motivation to kick start a healthier life style and fitness programme. The fitness team are inspiring and supportive throughout providing detailed knowledge and advice which continues after the week has been completed. Everyone is positively encouraged to work to their full potential and there is plenty of fun and surprises along the way. I would recommend it to anybody so dust off your trainers and give it a go!

Amazing 5 days

It is hard to choose my best part as there have been so many! The scenery around us has been incredible: the beaches, the dramatic cliff lines, the rolling hills, etc. I particularly loved the hockey and basketball, the team sports, fox hunt, hill sprints, ‘the best gym in the world’ - the pool today was cool too! The people have been so encouraging, friendly and accepting of me and I have come out of my shell as a result. It is really hard to put into words what you will get from this bootcamp because everyone has their own individual journey to go on. If you feel you have got in a rut, you want to make positive changes but don’t know where to start, you need to get away from the stress and monotony of everyday life, or you just want to be surrounded by like minded positive people, then Reboot is 100% for you. You do work hard and you will be in pain everyday BUT the pain is not unbearable, in fact, it is almost enjoyable, because you learn to realise just how resilient and strong your body is. When times get tough, I guarantee that there will ALWAYS be someone urging you on and pushing you. You will be amazed at yourself everyday. I would recommend cutting out processed foods and sugar from your diet before you go, as well as caffeine. The food is nutritious, filling and energy giving - you never want for more. You will feel amazing just for eating the right foods and understanding their effect on your health and wellbeing. Monday is a shock to the system, Tuesday you are in the game, Wednesday is the hardest day, Thursday is most definitely worth being around for (I won’t ruin the surprise) and before long you have achieved more than you felt possible - by Friday you will be sad to leave. The trainers Mark, Neil and Joe are all absolutely amazing and they are the reason Reboot is such a success - they really do make you dig deeper than you imagined you could go. Special shout out to Sheralyn who kept us going and looking forward to our meals and snacks everyday. Highly recommended!

Was a great week

Was a great week. Well worth the money fun but hard for sure puts you on the right track. Mark, Neil and Joe were great I would recommend this to anybody at any fitness level, but be prepared to sweat and push yourself. Great experience and made nice friends along the way.

A boot camp with a difference

A boot camp with a difference - Reboot will change the way you think about fitness and food for life. Add in a healthy dose of motivation, education and a steep hill covered in sheep sh1t and you will leave feeling like a different person with a brand new outlook and a 12 week goal. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.

I left my reboot experience feeling … fresh and motivated

I left my reboot experience feeling fresh and motivated-
They delivered everything I expected and a bit more.
I signed up as I was in a bit of a fitness ‘rut’ and needed motivating. They delivered excellent varied exercise sessions daily, never the same, fun and worked us hard. The food was excellent, fresh, homemade and we were never hungry. On top of all of this were informative talks on nutrition, exercise and some motivational idea’s, some reinforcing my own knowledge throwing some new ideas, all very interesting and logical.
The positive approach to everything was great and can be carried into everyday life. I also love that this is not a quick fix, the aim is to provide everyone who leaves the knowledge and motivation to make permanent changes and see the long term benefits of being fit and healthy.
I do feel it’s excellent value for money - not only the weeks accommodation, food and training but also the 3 month follow up.
Lastly the instructors were great, down to earth, approachable knowledgable, fun and asstute enough to push you hard enough to benefit from the training. I think anyone could and would benefit from a week with these guys, from someone overweight who has not exercised in many years to someone training for an event needing some extra help.
A big thank you to the team.

Reboot was an amazing experience!

I signed up to Reboot in the hope of becoming fitter and to introduce some variety into my training – it has done that and so much more! Mark, Neil and Joe were absolutely superb in keeping me motivated with a mix of VERY hard work, encouragement and also looking at the psychological aspects of exercise and training which can often hold me back. Each session was different and pushed everyone as far as they would let themselves be pushed. I cannot recommend this experience enough and would urge anyone thinking about it to stop thinking about it anymore - just book it right now and go and smash it – you will not regret it!

REBOOT is the best!

Before I went to REBOOT I was unfit and miserable with no self belief. I didn’t know what to do to change things – and now I do! Thank you SO MUCH Mark, Joe and Neil. You supported me, encouraged me and pushed me to achieve things I never thought possible – and to enjoy it! I had a fantastic stay with incredible people, delicious food and a great variety of exercise sessions, which really are adapted to everyone’s ability so everyone is challenged to do the best they can – and more. On top of all that I’ve lost inches from my chest, waist, hips and thighs, and have increased my confidence and self belief no end. I couldn’t recommend REBOOT more!

If you're serious about improving your fitness, book a Reboot camp

I came to Reboot after a prolonged illness (2 years+) to “reboot” my fitness and have achieved that and far more. Mark, Joe and Neil provided a huge variety of exercises across a range of locations which meant every day was different. It was a tough week but the good humour, fun and variety made a tremendous difference. The knowledge and motivation they shared means I have the confidence and means to implement my fitness plan, and the follow-ups with Mark over the upcoming 3 months will keep me on track. The accommodation is comfortable and the food delicious; and the team spirit enormously uplifting… all of this in combination creates a truly awesome experience that I highly recommend.

A fantastic boot camp experience

A fantastic boot camp experience, it was intense and challenging at times but with the support and encouragement of the instructors and the rest of the group, everyone completed the tasks-each pushed to their own personal limits. A great group of people from all walks of life, we had a lot of fun. Lovely accommodation, healthy food and experienced, knowledgeable, dedicated instructors. I attended with my 20 year old daughter and we both loved it, if you’re thinking of doing a boot camp, this is definitely the one to do.

A physical and mental reboot - so inspiring!

Reboot Dorset was amazing in so many ways. A truly breathtaking venue by the coast with great accommodation at The Old Rectory with its huge bedrooms and Hogwarts style dining table. For me it was a physical, mental and psychological journey which has given me a whole new approach towards my lifestyle, my diet and my fitness. I didn’t go into this particularly well prepared if I’m honest, but with the encouragement, drive and friendship that I felt from the instructors and my fantastic fellow rebooters, I lasted the journey and reaped that amazing sense of satisfaction and achievement.
The instructors were so dedicated, determined to get the best we had to give. But they also managed to sculpt the programme to suit the many different fitness levels of the group and never forgot that each of us is an individual. I also have to mention that I really enjoyed the presentation sessions about nutritional health – partly because it was an opportunity to sit down and recover with a hot drink! – but also because of the detail and evidence that counter-acts the myths and bad advice that surrounds us all everyday. Thank you to the wonderful team at Reboot Dorset for showing me a new approach to life, I really am very grateful and will be recommending this to others.

Reboot is the perfect place for anyone

Reboot is the perfect place for anyone, of any ability, who is at a point where they want to, as the name says, “reboot” their health. Don’t worry about your size, shape, age or ability, as Reboot’s highly experienced trainers ensure that everyone is challenged within their limits (and they know your limits better than you do!) They remove the “negative” side of fitness (“I have to lose weight”, “I have to stop eating this/ drinking that”) and focus on a positive approach to looking after yourself physically and mentally, and how you fuel that through good food. This is delivered through a “can-do” attitude that helps you push yourself beyond what you thought was possible. The activities have fantastic variety and are designed to keep movement refresh and fun (catch that fox! dodge that sheep s***!); It’s a challenging, invigorating and inspiring week, topped off with the glorious backdrop of the Dorset Jurassic coast. Just book it, you won’t regret it.

Change your life not just your dress size!

Booking with Reboot Dorset was the best thing I've ever done for me! Not only did it provide me with weekly training plans in the 8 weeks leading up to the week itself - resulting in my being able to run for 60 mins non-stop for the first time in my life. But it also gave me a week of hard-work with a fabulous bunch of people. I lost lbs and inches and gained so much better insight into how to get fit, how to eat properly, and how to cope with the mental demands of hard physical exercise. And what's more, I've come away with a 3 month goal and training plan developed just for me. The accommodation was in a gorgeous old Rectory in beautiful Dorset. Some of our outdoor training was in simply spectacular locations on the coast, and the food was plentiful and tasty. The instructors were generous with their time and support and provided advice based on considerable experience in fitness instruction. This isn't investment in a holiday to 'drop a dress size' but in developing and implementing a sustainable approach to a healthier lifestyle.

Reboot definitely Rebooted me!

For those of you like me that's tried EVERY diet under the sun lost weight, put it on again and then carried on this vicious cycle for many years and left you feeling unmotivated and unfit...... book Reboot now!!!! Don't think about it, don't um and er just book it. It is the best investment you will ever make - a better fitter healthier you!! You'll be amazed at what you can achieve and how you feel after those 5 days. I finally have the motivation to make those changes I so desperately wanted to. What Mark and the guys do is just incredible. They will support and encourage you every step of the way..... you even manage to have some laughs along the way! I also left with 13 new friends, we shared such a journey together it would be impossible not to stay in touch. I can't recommend Reboot highly enough. What have you got to loose...... except inches!! Do it you won't regret it.

Positive - and occasionally punishing! - great week at Reboot Dorset

No hesitation in saying that a week at Reboot is quite simply one of the best things you could do for yourself. Our group was all shapes and sizes, had different levels of fitness and individual reasons for coming, but the Reboot team worked really hard to make us a unit that championed and supported everyone... even if you always came last, like me!

The training is varied and you'll definitely sweat buckets in the beautiful Dorset countryside (come rain or shine, you are warned) but you'll also have lots of laughs, inspirational talks, and common sense fitness and nutrition discussions. The fact that you also leave with a three month training plan, where Mark checks in with you each week, is also a huge bonus (in fact, I'd better stop writing this, as I'm due for some hill sprints!)

Thoroughly recommended.

Highly recommended!

Going to Reboot was the very best thing I have ever done for myself. I went with the hope of kick starting my fitness and healthy eating but I got so much more than that. The instructors are so motivating and encouraging, the accommodation was wonderful and the food was filling and delicious (I was not hungry at any point). I learnt so much about how to go forward with my training, how to eat for my body’s needs and also how to cope better with life in general! I lost 5.5 inches and 2.5 kgs in 5 days! I left feeling sad because I didn’t want to leave the awesome people I met. My week at Reboot challenged me and changed me in so many ways.

Fantastic Bootcamp!

What an awesome week at Reboot Dorset! Physically and mentally tough but the professionalism and encouragement of the instructors and the supportive teamwork from the group makes it a really fantastic experience in a positive and encouraging environment. Every training session is different, fun and caters for all fitness levels. No matter your ability you will be pushed to your maximum (and beyond!) and will be amazed by what you can achieve. Training out in the beautiful countryside and on the beach, come rain or shine, is fun and invigorating. The food is delicious too. I’m so glad I went to Reboot – it’s one of the best experiences of my life. Thank you Mark, Glyn, Neil & Sheralyn– you’re all brilliant!

My amazing Reboot experience!

For anyone thinking about booking with Reboot - don't think, just do it! I have just come back from the most incredible week away with 9 amazing ladies and 3 incredible instructors. Reboot caters for all fitness levels; so don't be afraid if that is a concern. The support you receive is incredible and you will, without doubt, walk away with realistic and sustainable goals to take forward and hopefully change your life. The Refectory is a beautiful building to stay in, with all the facilities needed to make your 5 days away as comfortable as possible. The food is amazing - this is not a starvation camp; you get fed often with tasty, home made food (with recipes to take home at the end). Above anything else, the support and camaraderie you receive from everyone is what makes this camp so amazing. Do it - you will LOVE it!

Reboot Dorset

Reboot Dorset, one of the more enlightened decisions I've made in my life. As a fitness boot camp, none is better than Reboot Dorset.
On price, Reboot cannot be beaten. 4 nights stay, 3 meals plus 3 snacks per day, with a gruelling fitness regime all starting from £600.
The training team is second to none. Rather than barking orders, the trainers (Mark, Neil and Glynn) encourage trainees to go beyond their limits. I remember being halfway up a hill when my body gave out, well to be precise my brain suggested that my body was about due to give up. But the encouragement from Glynn helped me get up the hill, thus shattering the limits I'd set for myself.
Sheralyn, the chef is a true culinary genius. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that I would struggle to decide between a Roast Dinner and Nettle Soup for my favourite meal of the week.
And then there's Neil. Neil Heritage is one of the Reboot Dorset trainers. He is an Iraq veteran and a double above-the-knees amputee who is by far the most inspirational individual I have had the honour to share space with. So when I think training is to hard and painful I think of Neil, who as an amputee has rowed across the Atlantic and also made it two-thirds of the way up the Matterhorn (he is still on schedule to be the first amputee to summit).
Reboot Dorset does not believe in quick fixes, they encourage a change of mindset and a change of lifestyle for the better. But what I find the most amazing about Reboot Dorset is that they are committed to providing you with a support structure which is available for months after the boot camp.
