I ordered what I thought was going to be a doll that looks like a reborn baby ( baby Nina she was beautiful on their site) I paid the extra $40 to ensure I had it delivered fast…. I received the doll just last week... almost end of Jan. That's over a month to have it delivered.
The package was destroyed and the doll was not even the same doll I had ordered.... it looks like a doll that I could have purchased at Walmart for much cheaper. It does not look like a rebornbaby. I email customer service and I keep getting a different customer service rep who has the same response... 15% refund or I pay for the shipment back.... for what ? to never get my refund? I already spend $40 to have it shipped.... so upset that I didn't look at the reviews of this company before I orderd…. take my word DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY SCAM!!!!!!

SCAM!!! I wish I knew this before ordering and wasting over $100. I ordered a Silicone Avatar girl for my Movie Room Memorabilia collection and got a hard plastic boy that you could buy at a dollar store. Now when I go into "my order" It's not there! Luckily I printed it out before they deleted it! I will be filing to my money back from my CC Company....This website is a scam right down to the phone number they use!

Very disappointed i ordered a full silicone doll an got a cloth plastic doll looks nothing like the doll I had orders and I ordered this doll on December 12th2020 and just got it today 01/25/2021 my lil girl is so heartbroken she was supposed to get it for Christmas it didn’t come so told her she would have it for her birthday witch it came 3 days before her birthday but she hates it 🤬

Wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. After looking at numerous companies, I found a boy doll offered that most reminded me of my grandson who died at 12 days old. Received a girl and it wasn't even close to the same doll-had different face and hair. Although I did receive email response from my complaint, the only option was to return (to China) or get a 15% refund and $20 voucher. Very disappointed.

My sisters bought a doll for me and it looks NOTHING like the picture. When I ordered it the site said her body was vinyl and was like a real baby but was NOTHING like that we are done with this site!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please, please,please do not even think of buying from these con artists. We ordered a girl doll for our daughter, received an alien looking boy doll,fingers almost as long as it's forearms, skin finish was terrible, awfully put together. Emailed them and was told " sorry " but thanks for buying from us. Took a month to get a reply. Bunch of rip off merchants.

It's a scam of a company. Quick at taking money but you can not find the after that. We purchased a set of twins ( 1 boy and 1 girl ) vinyl body and swadle in November, paid for expedited delivery and received 1 doll with cloth body in January, so not sure if boy or girl. Doll looked nothing like the picture. No replies to emails from reborn baby world despite numerous emails sent and contacting them on facebook such an awful experience !!! Do not waste your money!!!

You will be extremely disappointed. I ordered a doll for my granddaughter on November 30th and today is January 19th.

I still have not received it, it is a total scam. The website seems secure, they are very brilliant in this regard. They make you believe it is a USA company however it is not.

There is no phone number to reach because the company does not exist!! It is a total fraud.

I am embarrassed that I was taken for, over $200!

I do not understand how they are still able to rip people off. For the positive reviews, they must also be fake???

This is the most honest feedback I can provide.

I want to help you, do not fall into the same scam that I fell for.

Use a reputable site, a local store in your area, Amazon, American Girl etc.

I will never be taken advantage of again.

TERRIBLE Do not buy from this company. I gave two stars only because I received two dolls. You can buy the same quality doll at Walmart for less. I ordered Nov 27 for a Christmas gift. I ordered two dolls as I have twins. I received one doll Christmas Eve the other first week of January. I finally receive correspondence via email January 17th.

I purchased a set of twins for a Christmas present which stated they would be delivered by Christmas, they did not arrive for Christmas, both dolls were also supposed to be full vinyl body’s, they were both cloth, I have asked for a refund for the difference and they want to give me 15% off my next purchase which I will not be doing! They also said that I could return them to China at my own cost for a full refund, no help what’s so ever!

The dolls are not anything like the picture and plastic very disapointed and took 1 month I dont advice

As everyone else has said, this is a total scam. Do not buy from this company. The doll was not the one ordered at all. Not even close. It's a cheap doll that is hard plastic not soft like reborn dolls are supposed to be. My daughter was devastated. It was supposed to be her main birthday present.

Doll received faulty, will only accept return at the buyers cost which is the same as the value of the doll. Dolls aren’t silicone like they suggest they are cheap plastic dolls. Hair falls out which is a hazard for small children, they aren’t interested at all. Very bad customer services. Not in Utah as advertised they are based in China and use Philippines for customer services. Very rude staff and scam company AVOID.

DON’T order from this website. I wish I had looked for reviews before ordering from this scamming website. Took a month to get here and it’s not even the baby I ordered.

This would be a minus rating if I could. Please don’t buy from this company and they use more than one name. They send a doll that isn’t the one you’ve ordered that is cheap looking. You then get automated responses and reasons why they can’t refund right at the moment

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! ABSOLUTE SCAM JUST AS EVERYONE ELSE IS SAYING!! Ordered Carley back in November 2020 and was guaranteed before Christmas. Now here it is January 2021 and I’ve finally received the doll, but everything is wrong and terrible quality. Wrong gender, NOT soft silicone( it’s hard as a rock), the skin color is pink and the legs are backwards! Not at all what was in the pictures and videos! The customer service was an absolute joke automated email responses with zero help, no phone number. I had thought this was coming from Utah but the package came from CHINA! Paid about $86 for this and it’s $43 to “return” and then they keep what it cost to send to me?!? Nope my credit card company is after them! Absolute scam and ridiculous! They have several sites that are constantly changing DO NOT ORDER!!

Do not buy from this company! It is a scam. I ordered a doll in November for a Christmas present...didn't get item until January. On their website it says they are in USA but in fact they are located in China. Item i received was not what i ordered....i got a cheaply made doll. I asked for a refund and they told me their refund site is down. Please don't buy from them!

Ordered a girl doll Dec 12th and here it is Jan 14th. I have a lawyer o this case because i don't know why these brainless people think they can continue to scam people. Karma is coming for this company... You thought Covid was something, Oh just wait....
