The website is an absolute scam - and the customer service is a joke. We ordered a doll several weeks before Christmas - assured it would come in seven days - 8 weeks later and we still do not have it. The website says they are a UK company - FALSE! They send dolls from China. I was given a tracking number and tracked the "doll" from china, ended up in Chicago and supposedly "arrived at destination." We called their number on the website to be put on hold for a while, then hung up on. Sent an e-mail through their contact - one week later we receive an e-mail in broken English telling us to wait - it will arrive. But again, the tracking number shows it ended up in Chicago, and it hasn't moved from there for weeks. The whole thing is a scam - NO ONE should waste your money - $140 I'll never get back.

DONT BUY. You will never get the doll you ordered. The offer to refund if you send the doll back to ....CHINA which costs more than you paid initially.
It is an absolute SCAM. Stay away from any site selling reborn dolls that look to good to be true, there a many many different sites that they use.

Wrong dolls sent, not even similar. i have been offered a refund for the two dolls if i return them at my expense. Paypal have not been helpful at all. I am currently speaking with trading standards about this. Do not buy from this website. They lead you to believe they are in the U.S but they are in China.

I ordered a doll from the website assuming I was ordering from a bona-fide American company. When the doll finally arrived it was not only badly packaged but also the wrong gender and wrong order completely. It has taken me months of communication to finally track an office in China. They have offered me a refund if I return the doll at my expense. As I can’t afford to do that, I am not only stuck with a doll I didn’t order I can’t get my money back. A complete scam as far as I can see.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! The doll I got looks nothing like what I ordered. It is cheap plastic and it has a film on it that makes you want to immediately wash your hands. Arms and legs are not proportionate. Her hands look like she had a stroke and the hair is hideous. They won’t give me a refund. Stay away.

Not what we ordered supposed to be silicone able to bathe and drink water is hard plastic and cloth made very very cheaply was my daughters only present this year and they should be ashamed luckily she is gracious and after waiting for so long just happy to have it but as a parent I know y’all just another Crook stealing peoples hard work and ripping of hard working people shame shame shame

Please don’t waste your money. Unfortunately the phase too good to be true is perfect for this company. I ordered the Maci doll before Christmas. It arrived when it said it would but came from China. The box was a cheap pink box not the one advertised and the doll was laughable, the hair is just indescribable it’s awful! It also came squeezed into an ugly bodysuit that was too small and didnt fit! The dummy attaches with a magnet that is positioned more on its cheek than its mouth! I can’t work out how to attach photos but to try and put this into perspective I wouldn’t look twice at this doll on a shelf in a shop except to laugh at then I wouldn’t even pay £10 for it! They offered me a refund if I returned it to them at my cost to China which would cost as much as I paid! They are a huge scam! I have a case open with PayPal at the moment, I hope they can do something about it.

The entire site is a lie. They are just sending out bullshot they pull out of a Chinese warehouse and sending it. Literally could have went to the dollar tree and bought a better product. Ordered a boy received a girl. Small head big body tf babies don’t look like that ever and upon receiving the wrong baby and communicating with them they expected us to ship the doll back and pay for it to receive a refund. Several emails no response.

Bought 2 dolls, paid $200, $60 of which was expedited delivery - when I saw tracking information from China, I queried where the dolls were made, and was assured it was UTAH, US. I got 2 dolls worth less than £10. They now will not refund me unless I send back (£80 tracked) their dolls back to China. You can imagine my reluctance with the experience I’ve had. Also note that this company operates a number of sites, including on ETSY, selling the same rubbish falsely.

I got three of the same dolls I never ordered!! Should of been twin girls, 1 boy and a babydoll!!

I was very satisfied with the dolls I received. The Macy doll in particular. She looks like a real baby.

Awful doll, wrong item sent to us. No reply from customer service. They have basically misadvertised the item. My daughter is devastated as this was her main Christmas present and it is in a box waiting to be returned. Wish I could afford to buy her another one to replace it! This company need to be shut down

This website is a scam I ordered a baby and it looked like they went to dollar general to get it it didn’t have real hair it was hard plastic it didn’t have a heart beat it was ugly all of it was just fake I recommend nobody to order from here they need a 0 rate button bc this Company needs to be taking down all they do is take you’re money I paid a 100 and something dollars for that doll I emailed them many of times and I haven’t got a response I’m calling customer service to get my money back bc this is ridiculous

This site is a SCAM! Do not give them your money. I paid extra for expidited 7 day shipping. I ordered in November and just received the doll today, January 7th. This was supposed to be a gift from Santa for my daughter. Her disappointment on Christmas day was so disheartening.
The doll that has arrived is NOT what I ordered. It is ugly and nothing like the picture.
Do NOT waste your money. This company profits off of lies.

Pre-sale, when enquiring about the doll the customer service was spot on and I received friendly, helpful replies. The doll took longer than stated to be delivered, which was to be expected under the current Covid conditions, and again customer service replied and helped with tracking.
Then the doll arrived and the doll that I received was absolutely nothing like the doll that I had pondered over
and chosen to gift to our daughter on Christmas Day. By this time it was obviously too late to ask for an exchange and so I gifted my daughter the doll, but sent a complaint email to the same email address I've always used and surprise, surprise they're not so quick to respond now. In fact, I haven't received a reply and I continue to seek one.
My daughter is none the wiser and is happily playing with the ugly new addition to the family. I however feel this isn't the point and I have not received what I ordered and paid for.
STAY AWAY from this company.

Need a 0 star rating. Same story as everyone else. Ordered fir a gift, did not receive, and company doesn’t respond to calls or emails. SCAM!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! Reborn Baby World is a scam. The dolls look nothing like the pictures. None of the dolls were received in time for Christmas and they were just random dolls. One doll still is missing in the post. Ridiculous customer service. An absolute nightmare and a disgusting return service that puts the emphasis on the customer to pay for any returns!

I ordered a doll from rebornbabyworld.com in November 2020 expecting for the doll to be here before Christmas for my 8 year old. Here it is January 5, 2021 and still haven't received my package. I am beyond pissed they don't have a contact number so all you can do is email them. They give you false information when emailing you back and a tracking number but the tracking information has remained the same since the day I purchased the doll. They will be hearing from my lawyer. They are a scam if you buy from them you will regret it!
