This is a horrible website!!! Do not buy anything from this company!!! This company should get zero stars!!!!!!!!!!! The doll I got was the creepiest doll I ever saw!! :( Please check the reviews before you by something!

My package never arrived to my house and I pay a lot for arrived before Santa Claus and I wrote many emails and doesn’t answer me... very bad...

Ordered Aries Avatar. A little sleeping girl Avatar wearing no clothing..... NOT what i received!!!! 5 weeks later I receive a boy Avatar wearing a cheetah outfit and has a penis. They offer 15% refund and keep this doll. Then NEVER respond again. ZERO stars DO NOT ORDER SCAM!!!!!

I brought a Avatar baby for my daughter for Christmas it arrived today. I’m very disappointed as the one I got is nothing like the one I ordered. It said it was a silicone baby the one I received is hard plastic it also said it was a girl, it’s not it’s a boy. This is false advertisement I paid a lot of money and my daughter was so excited she was very upset when she opened it! It also says it comes from America when I tracked my order it was coming from China do not buy anything from this website!

I totally agree with everyone who rated this company with 1 star. It does Not even deserve 1 star!
I ordered this doll on 11-14-20 with my credit card, the same day my card was charged & I didn't even receive the merchandise. It was going to be a Christmas gift for my Granddaughter. The doll and bottle arrived in a crushed box on 12-29-20! And 3 items from my ordered were missing. It sounds like this company will send you what they want and then you have to fight to get the rest of your order. They told me my order was marked Delivered. Please do not order from this Company, it is bogus!
I have informed my credit card company of this fraud!

UPDATE:
I have been sending them emails letting them know since xmas eve that i dis not receive the other doll. (twin of the one i received) not to keep it but to male sure i get it so i can return it. nothing not even a tracking # when i used the chat and ran this thru them she said no u received jt. I was like the hell i did. she said ok send and email and i still have not received an email. i cant believe i did this to myself aggghhh I am so livid.

I’d give it a 0 if I could.
The doll is horrific.
Beautiful looking pictures and great reviews on their website with a USA based address.
Cost me nearly £80 and took about 3 weeks to arrive.
As soon as I received a dispatch email I was sceptical because it said it was arriving via “China Air” - that’s clearly not USA based.
The doll, well my gosh it’s hideous.
I paid extra for a full silicone doll so that my daughter could put it in the bath.
I was expecting the silicone to be soft but it’s rock hard and stiff.
The hands are down right scary and the hair is indescribably terrible.
Wish I could add photos for the full effect so you all reading can have nightmares over this doll too!

Moral of the story, do not order from this company.

This would not let me move forward with review without a star, I wasn’t even going to put one that’s how bad this fake scam website is... I ordered 2 items back in November and still have not received items. Number in Utah ( hahaha ) mountain time google subscriber is unavailable 🤔...this website needs to be removed! I very rarely order anything on line but my granddaughter kept telling me she wanted a reborn doll which I knew nothing about until I started looking.. never again!!! I am putting in request to my credit card company for a refund and to be honest I’m surprised pay pal wants to be working with these sorry scammers.... good luck to all who have ordered from them....

This is the worst company to buy from ordered a doll for Christmas still haven’t received it . Ordered 1 day next day tried to cancel they got back to me a week later and said it could not be canceled tried calling the telephone number what a joke. Don’t buy from this company they suck

I ordered 2 a boy and a girl!
Got a girl but it’s suppose to be the boy and still haven’t received the other doll which was ordered at the exact same time!
I couldn’t get a straight answer when I tried the chat and emailed them a few times with no response!
Ordered November 21st 2020, received one December 29th and have yet to receive the other!

If only I could attach photos! I had to settle for changing my profile picture instead. I ordered the "22" Nina Baby, 100% Vinyl Silicone, Please Take Care Of Her! Grade A" doll for my daughter well before Thanksgiving to have before the Christmas holiday. It arrived today, from China (I guess they spelled "Utah" wrong), with no paperwork or return information in a battered, half-taped and gluey box. She must have had quite a rough trip, so maybe that explains her appearance...It is completely bald, in a Lord Voldemort-esque way, with not a strand of the cute reddish brown hair it is supposed to have. Her countenance can only be described as a terrified grimace (think Fester from the Addams Family). One *brown* eye (they're not blue as shown and described) is larger than the other and one side of her mouth droops, giving her the appearance of a stroke victim. In addition, it sports a pink romper declaring it as the '"Bed" day ever!'. Speaking of beds, good luck sleeping with it around; this is truly the stuff that very bad dreams are made of. My daughter isn't even that upset, and thoughtfully offered to donate it to our box of Halloween decorations for next year. If you are hoping to get anything remotely resembling what you've paid for, better purchase elsewhere. However, if you're up for an expensive grab bag experience, or are the type to enjoy unpleasant surprises, then this is your place.

Product is not what I ordered and reeks of chemical smell. Do not place order. Total scam outfit. No number to reach out to them . Return for 30 days and it took 31 days to arrive. Very much a scam. Ugly produt and I have no idea what the smell is. Can't let a child play with that. The united states needs to close this down as i'm sure this is not legal for a toy in this country

Update: I paid with PayPal. . . Please ring PayPal and complete . I am in the UK. I set up a dispute. Was told to send doll to China and listed why I would not do this - they said about sending aslong as I have proof I would get a refund. I pointed out fake address, not the address on website, loads of bad reviews, limited contact, they closed the case in my favour!! The company can not get the money back and I dis not need to send the dols bit donated whst i would have would have paid for what i got.

I thought I had found a great deal, from an American company as my daughtlkves her babies but isn't very gentle. After a quick research it looks good so bit the bullet and ordered.
As soon as I did this it all went down hill. No communication forthcoming. All the good reviews disappeared for very negative ones. The Facebook site disappeared after.
Managed to get a reply but not helpful. They said it was on its way. Finally got tracking numbers. . From China? Not utah as expected. Took about 4 weeks for dolls to come. They do ot look like the ones ordered. Awaiting PayPal dispute that item is not what should be. I jave read other reviews and they say they won't give a full refund and expect payment for delivery. If they try this I have checked ups and it is £20~ to send it back to Utah not China - I will not be doing that.

Utterly disappointed with this company. Sent for a reborn baby that coos and has a heartbeat and what do I get for the amount of money I paid for it, a doll that does nothing that I could of bought on the High Street for a fiver. I want my money back or the genuine thing or im reporting-fraud to the trading standards office

I would give 0 stars if I could. No customer service at all. I was delivered the wrong doll in a horrible battered box. basically I’m stuck with it. The only reply to repeated emails made no sense at all. Buy your doll elsewhere this company stinks

Scam. I'm so mad at them. Ordered a doll for my 7 year old on 12/5 and paid the $15 expedited delivery and never received it. I get generic auto replies and some weird tracking number that can only be tracked by Trackdog.com that never updates.
Stay away. I've submitted a claim with my credit card company.

This site is a FRAUD do not purchase! Ordered fill on 12/3/20 took my money, no doll, no refund, no communication!!! I'd -10 if it would let me, such a shame!!!

Sorry company. Ordered with expedited shipping guaranteed delivery before Christmas. 3 days after xmas still no doll. Quick to take your money, very slow to deliver product. What's really sad is there isn't any recourse. They are just going to keep ripping people off.

I ordered a paid for Christmas delivery it's saying that I have received one of my items but guess what I haven't received nothing, I was waiting around
a month - threee weeks for my delivery date but then on Christmas Eve I received a order update that it's been posted and checked today and apparently on of the orders got delivered yesterday on boxing Day 🙄 I have been chasing up for about four weeks but there instant answer service is well non existent they don't respond to the question that was asked if they actually response at all I have been asking for a refund aswell that's when I received a update that it's been posted and they apparently delivered one of the items on boxing Day 🙄 ,🤠 company don't use this company you'll end up with disappointed children waiting for their presents.......... SCAM COMPANY
