Ordered a soft girl avatar doll. Received a hard plastic, boy doll. Now, can't get any assistance. THEY SCAMMED ME!!

They did not deliver our doll. It was ordered way in advance for Christmas delivery and never came. I emailed and they say check tracking and that tracking gives no info. I even paid the expidited shipping to get it days before Christmas and that was also a lie. By from the other company as this one is a scam!

Terrible. Took over a month to order. Ordered a baby girl, received a crappy product that was a male with actual genitals !! No return info? Total scam

This company is a complete fraud. They are liars and these good reviews are a fake. I usually check reviews before I ordered but I was so busy I did bit this time. I filed a fraud claimed with my bank luckily they gave me my money back while they investigate this mess . They should be ashamed of them selves but they don’t care. They are just taking our hard earned money and sending trash. They must be stopped.Don’t purchase from them.

THIS IS A SCAM website. I ordered on in mid November and never received anything. If I do I’m sure it won’t be what I ordered anyway. After multiple attempts to reach out to the company via phone (no numbers found), email or message on chat online I get no responses other than a blanketed message saying please be patient your item has shipped. If I respond the same email comes. It’s a total scam.

The positive reviews are fake and probably posted by people associated with their company and a result of filing a dispute on PayPal. This company scams people by sending the wrong substandard doll. I ordered a girl and received a cheap ugly boy. Their response to my dispute was that they sent the correct doll. Do not waste your money on this garbage. I am now out $104 and without a Christmas present for my granddaughter. We need to stop them from their fraudulent practices.
Looking at the times the positive reviews were posted it appears they were done in China where the company is located. They are not located in Utah as their website claims.

Update: Filed a claim on PayPal. They responded they would refund full amount BUT here’s the catch - they deduct original freight to you from China & return freight to China. So you get NO REFUND.
People do not buy from them. Not sure how it works in China but if a class action lawsuit is possible I’m in!

Wow!!! I ordered two dolls for £110 still not received no tracking information, had a dodgey feeling a few days ago only to see these reviews! That’s it’s coming from Hong Kong! I’m devastated, can’t imagine what’s gonna come in a few weeks time! Already been on the phone to my bank about this scamming company/person! Who ever is behind this karma will serve you! Had to order two different dolls so my children aren’t upset on Christmas Day! Hoping I get my money back! Who ever has been scammed maybe put a dispute through your bank! We need are money back, & i highly doubt these are gonna refund us! I wouldn’t even waste my time asking! They don’t reply to emails either!!! What a scam this is!!!!!! I’m absolutely livid!

This company is a scam!! Do not order from here. Ordered 2 Avatar dolls in November for a Christmas gift. One just showed up yesterday after tracking from China!!!! Horrible cheap plastic. Not anything like the description. Not worth 5 dollars much less the $180 I paid for 2 dolls. No way to contact by phone as no one answers. I thought I was ordering from an American company from Utah. Shame on me!!!!! Trying to get my money back.......that ought to be fun!!! Buyer beware!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I ordered a girl doll with brown hair and they sent me a blonde haired boy doll that is cheap. Total scam! I’m pissed. I spent $90 on a doll that I could’ve got at Walmart for $15. This company is the absolute worst! Do not buy your “dolls” from here. I am also going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and get this company shut down. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

I have received an email that my order has been shipped with a tracking number... at the bottom it says it could take 2-5 business days THIS IS MY DAUGHTERS BIG GIFT!
Still have not received an email back to my many emails that I’ve sent!

Reminder this place is based out of “Salt Lake City, UT”.... yeah it says it’s leaving from CHINA!!!!!!!!!!!! If I would have known that before I NEVER would have ordered because I know how long that takes!

Just don’t fall for it guys thank god Amazon pulled through and I’ll be getting a doll today to wrap for Christmas!!!

I purchased on 11/26/20, the order has said “awaiting shipment” for a couple weeks, so I contacted the email that was given because the site stated “get live update” and also mind you the site stated if I ordered it would guarantee to be here before Christmas! I let it pass until the last few days this week when I have panicked because Christmas is next week and this is one of my daughters “big gifts”!
I’ve emailed MULTIPLE times no response I’ve chatted with someone on “live chat” that was a joke!

Basically I’m calling my bank to dispute this transaction and will NEVER be fooled again!

If I could give -1 star I would. I ordered a doll over a month ago. This never showed up. Always giving me the run around on transit etc. THIS IS A SCAM. I will be reporting this company to the better business bureaus for authentication and business - HOW DARE YOU. You are ruining the children’s holidays. It’s just despicable

I ordered a reborn Nina doll with hair. The doll that turned up was a bald, plastic and very cheap looking doll. A scam and they were on a google sponsored ad, so google are just as bad. Do not order total SCAM site.

Absolute junk. My daughters doll came, it was to be a boy, it was wearing pink clothing. OK, she wanted a girl. Its UGLY, it is not cute,. Its an odd pink color with contrasting white spots in seamingly random places. The hair... both my children had a head of hair, if it looked like this dolls hair, I would have shaved their heads. it is not cuddly and what is up the the "heartbeat"? The "heart beat" is a little clicker under the cloth on the chest. You press on it and it goes "click click" nothing like a heartbeat. The pacifier is magnetic, it sticks to the fridge, but not the doll....
Save your money!

It’s been almost two months since I ordered this doll for my niece for Christmas. It hasn’t arrived. Tracking has said it’s in transit since three weeks ago but hasn’t moved. I also thought it was coming from Utah but it is from China or I never would have purchased this

i havent yet received my order even though it has almost been a month since ordering. After becoming suspicious when contacting the chat section on their website, i decided to look for reviews and of course have now come acrossall these terrible reviews with people in similar situations. i called Paypal straight away and have raised a dispute , shame on them for associating and making us trust websites such as these crooks especially at a time like now with all that we have been through with COVID, really wanted to make my daughters christmas special! i tried to intercept the shipment before it was sent and asked to cancel my order but of course apparently they shipped it anyway and said they hadnt seen my email. I have now escalated this with Paypal which i am beyond angry as they are even saying there are no disputes ever with this company. I call BS!! i have repeatedly asked to cancel the shipment and this is what they have responded!!! SOOO SUSS!!!!

Ordered what I thought was a beautiful reborn, couldn't get any more opposite plastic looking ,cheap, has a little weight about it kind of reminds me of a tiny tears doll with no hair !Delivery was kind of fast but where it came from and Delivery status don't add up

The doll arrived after 3 weeks, it was terrible it looked nothing like the picture it just looked like a cheap doll you could buy from the supermarket. I am very disappointed. Also I’ve emailed them several times for the return information so I can send the item back but I’ve had no response! I’ve been trying for over 2 weeks now and heard nothing! This is a scam site only after your money! Do not order!

Well I thought I did my research and ordered from rebornbabyworld and 30 days later I'm still waiting for my package, and reading the reviews I'm sure it wont be what I ordered, so I sucked it up and bought another doll from amozon, not what I really wanted but will do seeing i wont ruin a 7 year olds Christmas. I will wait for my package and if need be try to get my money back which I'm sure wont happen either. I'm so upset and the phone number doesn't work, also thought they were in Utah but tracking says China which was not what I wanted to do in the 1st place and wouldnt have ordered if i knew that!
