Terrible site do not shop here at all! The doll I ordered looks absolutely nothing like the doll in the picture,horrible face and horrible body! Is still not replying to me about getting a refund aswell!!! Terrible service and horrible doll!

Terrible scam site ! no phone number because they sent us a doll nothing like the photo !! awful doll! they charge you to return it by making you pay almost the cost of the doll!! so even though the doll you recieve is not as described you ,still have to pay!!!

If I could I’d score this nil stars. I purchased a boy doll for my granddaughters Christmas present but it’s nothing like the photograph or as described. It arrived in a crumpled box in a plastic bag. It is stiff in body and limbs not soft as described, does not smell of scented powder, it has a pink dummy (pacifier) and bottle even though it’s a boy and the clothes are poor in comparison to the photos. It said it could drink if I purchased the silicone/ vinyl body but it can’t as it hasn’t got an open mouth to take the teat. The hair is thin and dark where the doll advertised was light. It won’t position as expected. I have written to the company independently and via PayPal but to date have had no reply. I did my research on what I thought was trip advisor before purchase, but I believe it could be a false link from the site as the reviews were good. I revisited the reviews and then found two trip advisor sites on google one after the other. The second has very bad reviews which I hadn’t seen before. It is my opinion that this may be a false site and unreal reviews DO NOT BUY From this company. I’m presently trying to get a full refund via PayPal.

I ordered a reborn, it took me ages to choose the right one for my little girl for Xmas. I became suspicious when I received tracking information from China when the company is supposed to be from America. I challenged the company and they said that they ship bits in and not to worry.
When I received the doll I was mortified. It looks nothing like the picture. It’s not a reborn, just a very cheap, poorly made imitation. I paid extra for a silicone/vinyl body, which is didn’t have, it had a dark brown wig glued to its head and a very bizarre expression on its face. It’s is half the weight it should be too.
I contacted the company and they didn’t reply.
I took my dispute to PayPal, the company offered me a full refund providing I send the doll back, tracked to China.. at my expense, £52.. my doll cost £68, so not a full refund. I’d be without a doll and without my money!!
They are also deleting negative reviews from their website and from social media.
Buyer.. please do not use this company!

I have also had a doll that looks nothing like what I ordered and contacting the site they just say please wait

I ordered a doll at the end of November. After multiple emails requesting they ship it they actually did.
It’s arrived today in a hoomai doll box, nothing at all like the one I ordered! It’s giftable once I shaved all its hair off and dressed it in the appropriate genders clothes. (I ordered a girl for my 3 year old and a boy came).
I’ve googled hoomai dolls and found this website (m.aliexpress. Com) which sells the exact doll I’ve received for £31 after paying £80! I will be getting in touch with rebornbaby world asking for a part refund as this isn’t acceptable.

i just received the doll and it does not look like the one in the picture and not as detailed as described on the website and the sound does not work it is a scam

This company is awful please avoid. I paid additional for express delivery which they didn't do and when questioned they ignored.
The doll has arrived and is cheap and not what I ordered. I ordered a full silicone body and gave received a cloth one. It is a boy doll and has been sent with girls accessories.
I've emailed and had no response.
Please don't waste your money and have a disappointed child

Do not order from this reborn doll site it's a total scam I am 150 out pocket they tell you they are made in Utah but they are not they are made in China. They are cheap shoddy work and I've requested a refund to be told I have to return the dolls at my cost which is going to cost more than I paid for them, another rip off. Avoid this site at all costs they ignore emails they ignore live chat they are just ignorant. Now I am going to have an unhappy child when she doesnt get a reborn all she asked for after a crap year with a pandemic its not enough that this pandemic hurt a lot of people they hurt you even more by conning you. Will never ever recommend ever total scammers.

I purchased on 11/26/20, the order has said “awaiting shipment” for a couple weeks, so I contacted the email that was given because the site stated “get live update” and also mind you the site stated if I ordered it would guarantee to be here before Christmas! I let it pass until the last few days this week when I have panicked because Christmas is next week and this is one of my daughters “big gifts”!
I’ve emailed MULTIPLE times no response I’ve chatted with someone on “live chat” that was a joke!

Basically I’m calling my bank to dispute this transaction and will NEVER be fooled again!

I ordered a doll in october, for my grandaughter for a christmas present. It arrived several weeks later and the quality was disgraceful. It was hard plastic to touch and you could see all the stitching of the hair on the scalp. I immediately sent an email to say I was sending it back for a full refund, they did eventually reply and asked for photos which I attached with my reply. I have paid the postage to return this item to Utah address and sent several emails asking for a full refund of my money. They have not replied. Please dont be taken in by the photos online because the dolls are not of the quality stated.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered two dolls for my granddaughters. Dolls I ordered said they had heartbeats and coo’d, and were to be silicon. Unfortunately none of the above! After searching through several sights on real babies; I chose reborn baby world 1. Because they’re are out of Utah which to me said American made! 2. Great pricing for these dolls. However I did not receive what I paid for. I received a low quality product and came packaged in plastic no special packaging whatsoever! I’ve attempted to reach out to them by email and phone Never a response back. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

I ordered two dolls on November 15th and I still haven't received them!! No one corresponds to my emails and no one answers the phone number given!! I'm so disappointed I paid 156.00 and I feel so scammed!!!

Please don’t buy anything from this company. The doll I bought for my daughter was a different sex, had a cloth body when I ordered silicone and what I did receive was very very low quality! You believe you are buying from an American company but this is just cheap Chinese rubbish, when you email they don’t respond so in the end I just threw the doll in the bin.

Doll has arrived looks nothing like the image on the website. Actually looks more like a melted wellyboot.

Does not have a heart beat nor does it make any noise.

Tracking comes via Hong Kong and took approx 6 weeks to arrive to the UK.

Dummy doesn't fit in the babys mouth.

Clothing that comes with the doll are horrendous.

100% not a reborn doll, it's more like a recycled plastic bottle with eyes and hair.

Chat service on the website claims to be "sales customer service only" and can't help with anything else. Steven looks like he has ha fake chat image similar to Alicia's.

This company are an absolute scam.
I purchased a doll and clothes for my niece for Christmas and paid $170 including express shipping (10 days to the U.K.) on 12.11.2020.
This week the doll arrived. It took over a month without any tracking information available. The box was damaged beyond repair and when I finally opened the doll it was beyond shocking.
The doll the picture on there website is nothing at all in comparison to what they supplied. Had no hair, no weight, to heartbeat ect as advertised. It was cheap and nasty and not at all life like.
In addition to this, they additional accessories I purchased have never arrived.
I’ve requested a refund they ignore my emails so I will be seeking a refund from PayPal with all supporting images and correspondence.

Good reviews of this place are written by people from the same company. I've been ripped off. I bought a vinyl reborn doll with pacifier, spare clothes and bottle and I got a silicone doll anybody who drops their hair, No bottle and no tramp clothes and a magnetic pacifier and that has absolutely nothing to do with what they claim to sell. I paid $123 for two dolls and I got one and it's a scam...

Absolute scam. Nothing like the doll I bought. Items missing and a full doll lost. Tracking says it's still in China and other one arrived but it is completely different. The style and size is way off. I will be reclaiming money back from PayPal. I only wish this site allowed picture upload to show the difference.
