Do not be fooled! I haven’t even received my doll I ordered weeks ago, and no contact made what so ever! Karma will serve this person one day! Conning children’s happiness.... disgusting scum bags!

Ordered a doll in November and eventually it arrived on 12th December for a birthday.. THIS IS SO HORRIFIC! The doll is nothing like the doll ordered ...it is like something you could buy in a shop for a few pounds. The clothes were absolutely gross...disgraceful! I cannot emphasise enough...DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! We know we will never get anywhere as they don’t answer emails so we have tried to make the most of a very bad job by putting very pretty clothes on it but we are so disgusted that these people are taking £60 + for dolls worth around a tenner.
Hope this helps to stop another little girl being bitterly disappointed!

Beware! Please dont make the same mistake as me, I ordered a doll before looking at trustpilot. I ordered a sweet baby girl doll from USA and received a very cheap looking anatomically correct boy doll from a China. I'm hoping I can return, or that PayPal will resolve it, but wanted to warn others in the meantime!!

This company doesn’t even deserve the one star! They’re a scam... they’ve said that the doll for my daughters Christmas was delivered, when it wasn’t!

This company have effectively ruined our Christmas. I ordered some twin baby dolls and what we received was a single doll of really poor quality. Surprise surprise the company don’t want to hear about it now. They clearly aren’t who they say they are and are not based in the US. Seriously do not make the same mistake as we did.

This doll does come from Hong Kong and takes about a month to arrive. They are realistic looking but not like pictures. I ordered a johnathan and got a girl with odd eyelashes I had to cut to try and equal them, very pale pink skin colouring, wrong hair colour and not as intricate hand and feet as pictured. Definitely not worth £70 I paid however I think my daughter will like it as it is kinda cute albeit the wrong sex. I think other sites sell accessories like bottle and dummy and if I order some clothes I can make it male as its a soft body doll. Wouldn't order from here again as the 2 leading marketplace websites sell similar quality for cheaper.

I wish there was a zero star for this company. It states out of Utah. Not the case. The phone number does not work. The baby is HORRIBLE! When I asked to return the stated it had to be returned with in 30 day from purchase! Well it didn't get here until after the 30 days. Its garbage. Do not I repeat do not order from them!

So they say it comes packaged in a box ours was wrapped in a plastic bag and had no special packaging for our 6 year old daughter. She was so disappointed, the look on her face was something parents should not experience when paying this much for a doll.

People don't you get scammed for this page. They don't comply with what they state on the website. They show on this web you will get it by certain date if you buy it withing the next one or two hours, it's a lie. They tells you the dolls are handcraft and coming from the US, liers. Once we received our tracking # after 4 weeks, we relized that the doll was coming from China ans that it would take more than 35 business days to get it at our front door. Also they don't care about your frustration when the package still in ''waiting for shipment'' status after 3 weeks that we placed our order for christmas. They won't attend your request vía email nor life chat because the only thing they care about is your money. They will never tell you the truth; although,they will always try to avoid your claims besides that the contact phone number they provided is fake, no one will answer you. Please don't buy in here I am a frustrated client that though they were serious and professionals...we pplaced our order since November 18th 2020 and by december 5th our doll was definitelly delivered. Now that we requested for a refund, they will not only going to pay you back the shipping (when basically was their fault not sending the doll on time), but also it will take 30 business days to get our money back¡...Not a such good deal at all¡ Don buy in this website I swear what happened to me could happened to any of you.

I believe this is a scam site. It’s says you can chat with them they only respond to get a sale. I have sent several questions about my package that they will not respond to. The tracking number is a fake because I made up a fake number to enter just to see , guess what it showed a picture of a airplane showing is shipped. No real number to talk to anyone about this matter. You will and are at the moment getting exposed. I got my packs from Ashley and drake with no problems and live customers service. Please don’t order from reborn baby world, when I get my package from them and it’s ok , I will respond to very news. At this moment all scam.

Scam site all good reviews are from the company themselves where you can tell the English is done by someone in China, who buys a doll and looks to reconstructed it like in the reviews, my own experience is now I am waiting five weeks and this scam company can't even provide a tracking number after several emails to them, avoid at all costs

it is a scam website , they wont reply to your messages , will not provide tracking info and are actually based in China. Paypal have even suspended my account for buying off them and after serveral emails there email address is no longer valid

Oh where to start!?

This company took my money and never delivered my item.

I was unable to contact them, and after multiple messages via their online chat system and email address, I managed to get one reply! Yes only one, which did not answer my question at all! Which I will quote “yeh you get item”....which after that I was sure I would not in fact get my item, 🤣

The company claims to be based in America, yet after some more digging, I found that all of the connections to them, originate in China!

I lost £70 and have nothing to show for it. I have opened a dispute via PayPal, however I am awaiting a decision from them.

Hopefully I manage to get my money back and am able to stop anyone else from being conned!

I purchased this cutedoll last month because I simply loved her expression and adorable smile. She has a very nice weight to her which adds to her realism. She has a nice soft wig that came on her head, but I decided to make this doll more realistic by discarding the wig and turn her into an infant rather than a toddler. I like to reborn dolls, so I decided to remove the glue from her scalp and give it more natural skin tone by using acrylic paints. I also applied paint to her limbs as well. The vinyl is soft and somewhat easy to work with . I then put size 1 diapers on her bottom and dressed her in a cute outfit. Her feet her a tad small for a reborn so I put little cute socks on them. As for the outfit that the doll originally came in, it is well made and fits very well . She has the most beautiful blue eyes, which I love and the soft, silky lashes. Overall, I found this doll to be a worthwhile purchase for my doll collection.

This is definitely a scam of a company! First of all they don’t have a working phone number for you to call! I ordered this doll for my daughter who have been waiting patiently! We received the doll and it was definitely not what was advertised on their website, matter of fact they don’t even sell the doll we were sent! I am highly upset and this company is trying to make me pay 20.00 to ship this doll back! Why should I have to pay for this doll to go back! They made the mistake and they are not trying to fix it either!
