Delivered on time. Does def take 2 to assemble! Instructions were clear and the product is very well made - unlike some other brands. Would highly recommend it.

We have recently bought our second trampoline from Rebo. We loved the first one very much, so when kids got bigger there was no doubt which brand to choose for a new one. Very pleased with the quality. The customer and the delivery service is also excellent. We are planning to buy a nest swing in the future as well.

After waiting for the bad weather to pass I finally had a chance to build the trampoline in the garden. Instructions were easy to folllw and taking your time is essential for the build(all in all around 3.5hrs). It’s great build and cool finish make this Rebo trampoline look great!! Would recommend this to anyone - we have the 10ft and the kids love it!

TRAMPOLINE IS QUALITY. NEEDED ANOTHER PART AFTER 12 MONTHS (BIG KID ACCIDENT). IT CAME 3 DAYS LATER. CAN'T ASK FOR ANY MORE THAN THE SERVICE THAT REBO SUPPLY

Easy to order and prompt delivery- we have had our Rebo trampoline 10 years and it is still as good as ever. Parts are easily ordered. Both of our children have had years of fun.

Bought a replacement jump mat, unfortunately despite speaking to Rebo before ordering it did not fit our old Rebo trampoline. The mat was returned and a full refund was received.

The instructions for the trampoline were great, apart from the cover to the springs. I checked youtube nothing. I checked the Rebo website nothing. It took 2-3 hours to build the trampoline but half a day to fit the string through the netting so I would be satisfied with the finish. I'd hate taking it apart in the future. The kids love it :)

Good design, the bowed safety net gives impressively more ‘bounce room’ than other trampolines...
Watch out for these lighter models blowing over in the wind it breaks the poles (as you would expect).
Just secure it down with tent poles sand bags tie to a tree etc

Good quality product and easy to assemble. Certain pieces missing when the trampoline arrived, but sellers were quick to remedy this, with no quibbling.

Very poor customer service and 12 days later still no trampoline or any idea of when it will be delivered!

The worst company I have ever dealt with!

Ordered a new trampoline less than a week to go before Christmas, we had emails to confirm order/delivery and kept upto date with delivery process. The delivery arrived when we were told it would which was excellent - the difficult part was hiding it & wrapping it up! Trampoline & enclosure are a massive hit with our daughter even though it is higher than what we expected, but that is because of having the enclosure which we didn't have on our old trampoline. One thing I would say is that its worth getting a fixing kit (to fix into ground),we bought something from a local diy store as hadn't ordered one.

Bought the sunken trampoline. Good clear instructions. Easy to assemble. Would recommend but you do need a digger to dig the hole!

I am delighted with this trampoline. Ideal for a 3 year old and 4.5feet choice ideal for one and won't take up too much room.

Best thing ever. The girls have never been off it since Christmas morning.
