Delivered on time easy assembly and the kids love it

The children love it 14 feet of utter joy
However I didn’t really think about how much soil and clay had to be dug out ,huge amount.

Excellent item my daughter loves playing with here friends in it. Orderd trampoline else where same brand. Accidentally burnt the net from heat from a fire so orderd a replacement net from rebo themselve the price off the replacement net was very expensive including the discount and postage cost other than that excellent product would recommend to others.

Brilliant- delivered earlier than expected and it’s a fantastic solid trampoline. Worth every penny. Highly recommend this company and product.

Our trampoline blew away in the storm in January 2018 and was badly damaged just as we had assembled it. Someone had removed the tie-down pegs to mow the lawn. My nephew had never used it.
New bits were needed. He'll have his trampoline back now, when I've assembled it again.
The staff at Rebo were really helpful and obliging.
The delivery service was quick and efficient, everything was carefully packaged.

Initial hiccup assembling the frame but smooth sailing after that. It is a well-designed trampoline and feels sturdy. The kids are loving it!

We ordered a rain cover for our 12' trampoline. I did ask before I ordered if it had S clips and I was told it had. Ordering was easy and Rebo dispatched it the very next day but then Royal Mail took about 3 days to deliver it. When opened there were no S clips but velcro ties. These fitted around the posts on our trampoline and were easy to put on securely. It looks a little thin but as long as it resists the wind and rain we will be happy.

Great trampoline , solid and sturdy , easy to assemble

I brought a Revo trampoline from them for my daughters birthday. However they sent two of the same boxes and my daughter didn’t manage to have the trampoline on her birthday. When contacted they were apologetic and sent the correct box and were quick to collect the wrong box! However, they also said they would send me an accessory pack as a way of apologising, this has never been received!! I would not recommend this company, their customer service was awful!!!

Delivered as expected. Instructions were easy to follow & I put the majority of it up myself; it’s easier to put up the net with 2 people. Trampoline quality is excellent, spring mat is very thick & doesn’t move around during use & the net is very protective. U shaped entrance seems safer than a straight zip. Trampoline has the perfect spring for all my children from aged 2-13. They love it & have been on it for hours. I really like the shape of the net as it gives extra bounce room. Would recommend this type of trampoline.

Ordered a trampoline direct from Rebo which was due to be delivered on Thursday. On Wednesday night we checked the tracking link which said the parcel had already been delivered. As we did not have the parcel we contacted both Rebo and the courier who said the parcel was lost. Rebo assured us another trampoline would be delivered by the courier on the Friday (24th). We still do not have the trampoline that costs over £300 and we are having to chase the courier and Rebo again. Very poor delivery service! Let's hope the trampoline is better than the service
