Found this company helpful with good customer service. Had a question before I bought the rebounder and they answered promptly.
Delivery was super quick and the rebounder is really well made and sturdy, I felt happy on it. Looking forward to really getting fitter on this item.

I think this rebounder that I purchased, which is the pro gym version with springs not bungee - have been using it for years however surprised that it has almost gone up $150 in price that's unfortunate but I suppose it's due to tariffs?

Fantastic customer service and product, I researched extensively before settling on this rebounder and love that it folds up and has a storage bag. It’s super quiet to use as it doesn’t have springs and is very high quality so I see this lasting me years 🙏🏻

I ordered the stability bar too and really love having that
one question: when I let go of the bar and just free bounce the bar kind of shudders and shakes a bit. Is that normal or do we not have it done up right? I tightened the little screw in bolt thingies, but it still vibrates & rattles when I’m jumping.

The customer service from this company is outstanding. Whether via email or telephone, they are accessible, professional and helpful in answering any queries. I also like the videos explaining the features of each model in comparison with other brands. Something that stands out about their rebounders is the unique design of the spring-release legs which make for easier storage. High quality equipment and plenty of information available about their products. Would highly recommend!

Really quick delivery fantastic rebounder

Bought this Rebounder on the advice of not one, but two family members. Prior to this I struggled with walking any distance. So
10 minutes a day, every day on the Rebounder .After one week I noticed an improvement. Forward just 3 weeks and seriously can’t believe the difference it has made. My Plantar Fasciitis has considerably improved and whilst not pain free , I can walk much further without having to stop. I bought the XL Version which gives you a bit more room. Trust me, get one . You won’t be disappointed.

Great choice of rebounders and well priced vs other sites. I went for the beginner one with the stability bar.

I emailed Customer Service and they replied really quickly and really helpful.

Product came super quick and had clear instructions of how to put together. Also, had 4 month trial of their online membership.

Loving it so far...Great for me as have health conditions which mean I can't do high impact exercise.

Definitely recommend the product and company.

I had initially purchased a rebounder from another company but was not satisfied with the quality. I figured I would have to spend more money. So I researched rebounders and ended up purchasing the MXL FIT Bounce PRO Bungee Rebounder and was very pleased with the product. It is very well made and quiet. The folding legs are fantastic and was one of the reasons for my purchase. I am new to rebounding and am starting slow, but I really am enjoying it so far.

The company is great to deal with and the interactions and customer service that I have received from them has been excellent.

Just wanted to add to this review that I am loving this rebounder. The quality of it is outstanding.

I brought the Fit Bounce Pro eight months ago and I have loved it.
I am 64 years, with two hip replacement within the last three years, which I had done before I brought my rebounder.
I was having trouble to not walk, without limping
I also have three screws in my shoulder, which was sometimes hard to exercise with.
Since I started jumping on the bouncer every second day, just for 25-30 min, I have seen such a change in my body and feel so much stronger and healthier.
I don’t limp anymore because my legs are so strong now and look so toned. My arms are much more muscular now.
I am so happy with with the Fit Bouncer pro.
I want to also reassure you that if you have a problem with the Fit Bouncer Pro, you will have no problem to contact the company and have your problem resolved.
Last week I had a problem with the mat and wrote to company about this. Within 2-3 hours they replied to me, offer to send me a new mat.
It’s hard to see customer service like this these days
So if you are thinking about buying one, I wholeheartedly recommend the Fit Bouncer Pro.
It can change your quality of life!

Choose this rebounder after reading many reviews. Well worth the extra cost as it is so well made and sturdy. Easy to assemble and store. Great support after sales with access to training videos . Effective to raise your heartbeat and step count while having fun .
Came with bands and weights and carry bag . Delivery was fast . Very pleased .

The Fit Bounce Pro Bungee Rebounder has been a game changer for me. I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship not like others on the market. I have had this rebounder for over 3 1/2 years now and it still looks and feels like new! I am in my mid 60’s so keeping my body moving is important and I find the Rebounder is an excellent way to keep fit and healthy, while not putting any added pressure on joints etc. Even our grandchildren love to play on it when they visit. I have only just ordered the stability bar so this will be an added bonus to use when I exercise in future. Highly recommend this product!

Rebounder seems to be really good quality, well made and easy to put up. Clear instructions with videos on YouTube too.
I bought this bungee rebounder to replace a cheaper spring one that was hurting my back when I was using it. The fit bounce pro was expensive but worth the money.

Ive been rebounding for years and had a Jason Vale for over 10 years. I wanted a new one because I wanted one with bars. I decided on this one because it's good quality and a lot of athletes use it. Also, the bounce is firmer and what I found easy before, has got harder. I didn't realise how stretched my other one was. I also like that it folds. All in all im happy bouncing and have a membership with I jump instead on you tube. These twins are great and have been rebounding for years.
