Ordering and delivery excellent. Set up of rebounder straightforward. Started to use YouTube for workouts as DVD which was included is of no use as I don’t have DVD player but otherwise easy to access on YouTube. So far very pleased.

First time user of rebounder at 64. Did lots of online research however, only tried one at a local sport store which was much cheaper and it's obvious now why. Luckily my timing with Black Friday Sale also made the opportunity of accessing a superior product.
I found the Fitbounce Pro XL very easy to assemble, not to heavy to easily pick up and move, and yet feels robust and sturdy.
I like the tension on the mat and have enjoyed the workouts so far. A Christmas gift so have only had it a few weeks.
The only thing I found a bit 'clunky' was accessing the online tutorials, though my email queries were responded to within 24hrs (I'm in australia). I was surprised it wasn't a simple app to use.
Overall loving this decision.

I ordered a rebound trampoline for my daughter. Firstly it arrived so quickly, secondly it’s incredibly easy to set-up and folds neatly in to its own bag and lastly the online classes are excellent. We were so impressed we ordered a second rebounder and have been using it daily. Great fun, good exercise and really quiet too. Love it.

If you are looking for a rebounder Rebound Fitness you will not be dissappointed, I am 6' 5" 220 pounds and find that this has more than adequate room for me to work out on. The bounce is smooth and soft. My wife has had both of her his replaced and loves this rebounder compared to the cheaper one she has used for years

I received an rebounder for Christmas and I love it. I’m 71 and wanted the stability bar that was missing from my gift. Not sure why. I contacted Rebound fitness and ordered the bar at a reasonable cost. Customer service by Liza was excellent snd Delivery was very fast Thank You

I did a lot of research before I purchased my FitBounce Pro XL, and was a bit nervous when I started to use it, as I had been having issues with my pelvic muscles. I needn't have worried...this rebounder is fantastic, gentle and perfect for my needs, and after a few days I am already feeling the benefit of more energy and better sleep. My pelvic floor is responding really well and my concerns were unfounded. Just started slowly and tried to stay aware of how my body was responding. Getting it set up was easy and I was bouncing away within an hour of it being delivered. Excellent product, great experience and efficient delivery.

This is the second rebounder I’ve bought, this one for my daughter as she was so impressed by mine! Customer service was exceptional. They answered all my questions and helped change a wrongly imputed delivery address (which was my fault). Honestly can’t speak highly enough of the quality of the product and the customer service. 10/10 for sure!

Purchased a trampoline for my wife, which looks great to me and she will enjoy it I am sure. In my haste to order the item, I made an error, so wrote to the company. A lady called Liza responded immediately and after exchanging a couple of emails, she sorted out my issue perfectly and delivery was completed in 24 hours.

Liza was extremely helpful and works at lightening speed. I really appreciate great service that is attentive and effective. No silly bots that you go around in circles with, just a very helpful person, who takes the time to look after customers - Thank you 😊 10/10

The rebounder is a fun work out and very study. I love that it folds down easily. The company's brochure explained everything very well. I'm 65 and needed a non impact workout. I wish I tried it years ago.

I’ve had my Maximus Pro bungee rebounder for over 3 weeks now and am absolutely loving it and have been using it every day. I am new to rebounding and bought a very cheap rebounder initially to try it out. It came folded down and I couldn’t put it up as it was really stiff so I had to return it straight away. I then did a lot of research and chose this rebounder because it comes already set up, you just need to put the legs down, and also due to the very good reviews I found online and on YouTube. It was a lot more expensive than the original one I bought but I am really glad that I spent the money to get a quality rebounder. The customer service was great and it was delivered quickly. It has a really nice bounce and I have not had any muscle or joint soreness from using it. I am loving rebounding, it’s great fun and the rebounder comes with access to workouts and also free trials with some instructors. I am delighted with my purchase.

I recently ordered the Fit Bounce Pro II Rebounder from Rebound Fitness, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The order was delivered quickly, which was a great start. The rebounder itself looks fantastic and is clearly made from high quality materials. It feels sturdy, well built, and superior in quality.

I’ve been using it every day for the past two weeks, and it has become a fun and effective way to work out. I especially love that it provides a great workout with minimal pressure on my knees, making it comfortable and easy to use consistently.

I purchased the rebound Fitness Pro XL a few weeks ago. It arrived on time, well packaged and very easy to assemble. It feels great and I think over time I be very happy with this investment. I had a lot of difficulty deciding between the smaller or larger size and eventually went for the larger. I do kind of wish I went for the smaller now as it would have taken less space in my limited space..because I like to leave it up and do lots of short sessions over the day to break up long stretches of sitting. I think the smaller would have been fine but of course without a side by side comparison I cannot know for sure. And I had wondered about getting the support bar given I am 68 , only 50kg and have osteoporosis but I am happy I decided not to after an email from support team. For what I will be doing it definitely is not necessary.

Very excited when this arrived, within 10 mins it was up and ready to go. A little bigger than expected but not disappointed. Product seems really well made & very sturdy and stable. Springs look substantial and not noisy at all. Tried out one on the free videos found on-line through the rebound website, and wow what can I say. I’m mid fifties and exercise regularly but found the beginner workout challenging, so know this is going to keep my interest for a very long time. Very easy to use and following the video was easy, can’t wait to try out more. Got it at a discounted rate on Black Friday and think it was well worth it’s money. Still early days so not sure of its longevity yet.

Absolutely love the Rebounder Fit Bounce Pro!! We got it with the stability bar but actually don't think we need it ;-) We chose this model after much research and seeing Goldie Hawn use it ;-)
The quality of the equipment is outstanding and the free video resource will be well used! Would recommend both the Fit Bounce Pro and Rebound Fitness - the customer service was exceptional.
