Liza from Rebound Fitness was very helpful when I ordered an incorrect replacement mat for my older rebounder. Ultimately I purchased a replacement, updated rebounder which is even better than my original.

The rebounder is stable and feels safe. The accompanying dvd and on line support is first class.

Night and day difference
I ordered on the Monday delivered on Wednesday, with good communication. I feel it is a good company if I had a problem it would be easily dealt with. The rebounder is night and day with my cheaper original. I was worried that I had wasted my money that I wouldn't feel a difference but thankfully no, from the first bounce it was world's apart. The quality is up there with top range rebounders. The bounce is smooth with good amount of spring back. My other cheaper rebounder doesn't have this, it's almost flat in comparison. I have ME so I needed a smoother bounce and impact, this was much gentler on my ankles and feet as it doesn't have the harshness of my other one but still had a good amount of bounce. If I had of known in the beginning I wouldn't have wasted my time and money on a cheaper one. Very pleased with it and it is so easy to sent up and put away. Well worth it.

So happy with my purchase! I had made an order for the larger rebounder, and had changed my mind the following day, and wanted the smaller one. I reached out to customer service, and they replied within 30 minutes to adjust my order and ship it out.
It arrived days later, and our entire household has used it every single day since we got it. Amazing quality rebounder and good customer service is the reason I give 5 stars!

After 20 years of using a spring rebounder I decided to try a bungee one. I have to say that I'm absolutely delighted with my Fitbounce Pro. It has a lovely soft bounce to it and it's just so quiet. I no longer annoy my husband by having the volume on the TV on high whilst I bounce catching up with Coronation Street. It feels very sturdy and seems to be a quality product.

I recently purchased the Maximus Pro Bungee with the t-bar from Rebound Fitness... best purchase I've made in years! Back in the 1980s (when I was in my 30s) I had a rebounder, knew about its benefits and loved using it. But somehow a few decades went by and after a few moves, that rebounder got relegated to the back of a closet and was finally donated to a thrift shop. Battling Crohn's Disease for decades and trying to keep active despite limitations by walking daily became more of a challenge when I hit my senior years. This inflammatory bowel disease takes its toll on the entire body with an arthritis that hits almost all the joints somewhat randomly and somewhat unexpectedly. "Use it or lose it. Just keep moving." Both good suggestions, but living through Canadian winters with snowy, icy and rainy conditions affects one's best laid plans of daily walking! And, as if that wasn't enough, where I live the summers are often scorchingly hot and humid... not great walking conditions. I spent some of my younger years going to gyms, but at age 75 that does not appeal to me!

So I was trying to figure out a way to get my body moving consistently, despite weather, etc. I remembered the rebounder I had in the 1980s. But I am not as steady on my feet these days so I was thinking if I could figure out a way to attach a handlebar of some kind to one, maybe I would give it a try again. So I started googling. I was pleasantly surprised to see that now there ARE rebounders with optional stabilizing bars! (I don't think that existed in the 1980s, but then again neither did the huge numbers of us somewhat rickety Baby Boomers!) I also started watching a myriad of YouTube videos that were touting the benefits of rebounding for seniors. So what I did was order a cheaper rebounder with a t-bar, one that would fold up somewhat like a camp chair, so I could store it in a corner if I wanted to. It came preassembled and was easy to use... and use it I did. Started off really slowly, many short sessions per day. Then, as I got my "rebounder legs" and doing longer sessions, I started to notice that the "bounce" on that unit wasn't as springy as I would have liked. Also it squeaked a little bit, which was annoying.

So I started researching rebounders of all kinds. When I found the Maximus Pro Bungee with the T-Bar I knew it was the one for me. It did cost me six times as much as that first unit... but worth it! "You get what you pay for!" (And still it was half the price of the other brand I had been looking at!) So well made, sturdy, softer springier bounce, quiet... I LOVE it! And the legs do fold up IF I ever want to store it somewhere, but I won't. I am in an apartment now and I have the rebounder sitting permanently in a corner of my living room... that way it's convenient for me to use several times a day!

I do think rebounding is the best thing a senior can do for fitness and well-being. It's easy to do at home, doesn't aggravate the joints, is fun to do and makes you feel good! I would recommend this Maximus Pro Bungee with T-Bar to anyone, no matter what your current fitness level.

Exceptionally well constructed rebounder delivered promptly and well packaged. Nice soft rebound with bungies. Within two five minutes sessions I felt improvement on my back and posture, plus more energised. Great product, great service from this company, thank you.

I'm SO happy I bought a Fitbounce with a stability bar after getting overwhelmed by all the other brands available. It was a little more than I initially thought of spending, but I don't regret this purchase for one second. It's really sturdy, very well constructed, with high quality materials and will serve me well for a long time. The quality was obvious as soon as we opened the box - it's definitely not a flimsy toy that'll end up in landfill in a few years. Liza was terrific to deal with, even though we are on opposite sides of the world. She's efficient, pleasant, straightforward and very helpful. Great company to deal with and a great product. I'm very happy with my decision.

Great rebounder! Ordering was quick and easy and with all the info provided I was able to choose the best option for me. Delivery was excellent...the rebounder arrived sooner than expected. It's excellent quality and I'm thrilled with it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I had been looking for a rebounder for a couple of years that had folding legs, and was able to be folded into a small size for storage and for portability and this little jem was it! It was also very affordable!

I'm glad I went for this Rebounder as the high quality is very apparent.
It has a very solid feel , despite being a folding version.

The rebounder was delivered very quickly and seems to be of high quality. I like it so far. I did quickly see that I should have ordered a stability bar for faster progress and a higher level of confidence. The bar also arrived quickly and has delivered a dramatically enhanced experience.

Ease of ordering, and quick delivery. Great quality, the only thing I struggled with was opening it out. Putting on the other elastic cords for bounce as had to do some myself but that was easy. I do have a little go but nothing serious as sadly not used it properly yet as i have damaged my hip recently so waiting until that is better. But can't wait

The quality of this product is excellent, very strong piece of equipment. It was great that all I had to do was let the legs spring into place and I was good to go, it’s very quiet as described. My only criticism would be the postage cost of £20 for a not so cheap trampoline.. for something over £300 I’d have expected free delivery. Other than that I love the trampoline and I’m glad I decided to buy from rebound fitness.

Fairly easy to put together however perhaps bigger pictures as th one in the instructions were a little blurred
