Tegan and Brendan were absolutely amazing- they were quick, professional and lovely.

Challenging delivery complicated by trees, narrow access and overhead cables carried out professionally and efficiently by Joey.

I recently had a pallet of slate delivered from Reclaimed Brick Company, the driver Brendan was extremly helpful and helped me place the pallet exactly where i needed it so my projecct could run smoothly. he really went above and beyond.

Been down to the yard today and was greated by Brendan who was extremly helpful and i was able to get the exact bricks i needed. 5* all around

Made my way to the office and Tegan was amazing only had to show a picture of what I was looking for and found what I needed in seconds, We always use the company when needing reused bricks for odd bits and pieces we need would definitely recommend always welcoming and helpful.

Big thankyou to Brendan in helping me select a whisky barrel, the one that was easily accesable was not suitable so he got me another one down and he also helped us to load it onto the back of our pickup,

Was like a kid in a sweetshop in this yard….bricks, stone, lintels, and roofing materials all the stuff I needed for the job, started on a walk round with a young chap called Paul belting out a tune as i approached him helped me pick out a good match for my brick and will be returning for the rest. Recommend this place if you need any building materials

Called up for some advice and explained what I wanted. Claudia really explained the options well and was really helpful. Would recommend this place as the customer service was excellent.

Just picked up a old whiskey barrel from this company. All the staff from the girl in the office to the lads in the yard were a credit to this company. A special thanks to Roger for cutting the barrel in half and loading them into the car for me. Once again thank you all.

Beautiful cobble slips for our driveway, supplied by the reclaimed brick company. Cobbles were delivered by Roger this morning, who was very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the overall experience dealing with this company. Highly recommended

Ordered coping stones and poor quality flagstones were delivered. No refund offered and could not speak to management at all. Eventually won a court case and got my money back. Avoid at all costs.

I regret purchasing from this company and wish I had read reviews beforehand.

I was in the process of sorting out my fireplace hearth and needed some Yorkstone. As a parent, I don’t have the time to visit multiple builders’ merchants searching for the right material, so ordering online seemed like the easiest option. I came across a product that showed eight images of the exact type of stone I was looking for, so I didn’t hesitate to place an order.

I also paid extra for the stone to be cut to size, along with shipping costs. However, when the item arrived, it looked nothing like the stone shown in the images. After contacting the company, I was told that the description states: “The photo is taken from a completed previous order; all reclaimed fireplace hearths are made to order and each one will be different due to natural variations in reclaimed stone.”

While I understand there can be variations with reclaimed materials, the difference was significant and very disappointing. Unfortunately, I was not offered a refund.

In hindsight, I feel I should have been more cautious, but I also believe the listing images were misleading. This experience has cost me both time and money.
