From our initial contact to our delivery everything was 5 star. Easy ordering process,with a good price.Advised of a 2 hour delivery slot that was updated to a 30 minute window on the day.
The lads who delivered were friendly,efficient and took all the packing away.
Would recommend without reservation.

We ordered a riser/recliner for mum through the website. A wide choice and very competitive prices.
Delivery was given as 4-6 weeks (factory had just had a week's closure for holidays). But they rang 3 weeks after ordering to say that the chair was ready and it was delivered a couple of days later to mum's room in her care home. The delivery guys were on time and friendly and her old chair was taken away.
It's a pity that other companies don't seem to be able to offer the same excellent level of service.

Having decided on purchase of a Sherborne Beaumont recliner recliners4u came up with the best price, and most importantly, the best delivery timescale. Carl Oakton was extremely helpful in sorting the order, and delivery was actually quicker than estimated. The delivery team were on time and efficient, taking time to demonstrate the chair's functions.

Great communication, appreciated being able to get straight through to a helpful human being! All very efficient and straightforward. Delivery to a Care Home was as promised with helpful staff. The Sherborne chair was a replacement of the same chair and is great for someone with severe arthritis. Thank you, happy to recommend.

Very friendly and helpful company, ordering was easy and the wait time was explained to me and kept to. Delivery chaps were great, got the chairs in place and put together in good time and explained the controllers to us. Have now had two chairs from them, excellent price and good quality.

Sherborne Rise and recline chair. Both instore service and delivery were all excellent. The chair was just what was required, and extremely comfortable chair that takes the stress out of life.

I ordered a new rechargeable recliner for my dad as he was struggling with his old chair. Huge choice of styles and colours. The guy at their office was so helpful. We were kept up to date with the estimated delivery time.
On delivery day the two guys were brilliant they set the chair up for my dad, showed him how to use it and how to recharge it and also how often it would need charging depending on his use of it. They also took the old chair away. My dad loves the chair. Great company, I would highly recommend them.

I found this company online, but I did call them for advice before I ordered my riser-recliner. The salesman I spoke to was so very helpful and his advice gave me the confidence to order my chair. Delivery was on time and the delivery men set up my chair and took the old one away too! Terrific service!
