We couldn't have chosen a better retailer to buy our riser/recliners from. They were an unbeatable price and the company were extremely helpful from the very start, answering all our questions and giving us full confidence in them. The chairs were delivered earlier than they quoted, and the delivery team were polite, helpful and took great care when bringing the chairs into the house. They positioned them exactly where we wanted them and explained the instructions clearly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again ourselves in the future.

We wanted to deal with a local independent company and were not disappointed - all the staff we had contact with were very pleasant and helpful. We were given a very good price and the goods arrived on time. The delivery men were so helpful, moving our old suite into the garage before bringing in the new. During the time there an elderly relative next door but one had fallen over and straightaway they were there to lift him - we were all so grateful to them.
We have had a small problem with one of the chairs but it has been dealt with immediately. All in all a great experience with this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Goods were delivered when they said they would be by 2 polite and friendly delivery persons, set up where I wanted and checked everything in working order before they left.

Easy to order and at a very good price. It would have been nice if the confirmation email had stated the expected lead time - I already knew it was 8-10 weeks from the website FAQs but it would have been good to have had this re-enforced.
Delivery was within the expected dates and I got a call several days in advance so it was easy to plan for this. As they use their own drivers I was more or less given an exact time of arrival which was useful so I didn't have to wait around. The drivers were great and my chair was unloaded very quickly and placed exactly where I required it.
Would use again without hesitation!

I am always a little nervous about ordering online from a company I have never heard of, but I needn't have worried.
The service from start to finish was excellent, I couldn't find the chair cheaper anywhere , delivery was free, estimated wait time for delivery was spot on and delivery was exactly to the day and time.
The delivery men left the chair ready to use and removed all packaging
