My first purchase was perfect in terms of density and color, so I decided to purchase a second. The second was a complete disappointment, but I made the mistake of cutting the lace before checking the color. It had large sections in the front with no blonde in it and most of the color in the unit is in the back. The color is also 4-8 inches from the root, not 2-3 inches from the root like in the pictures.

The hair is beautiful quality, but when people look at me, they are going to be seeing mostly black hair. All of the hair should look like what the back looks like.

Because they stated that they cannot guarantee color distribution, I highly recommend that you check your units before you cut the lace (but I should not have had to). I paid nearly $170 for this unit, and it does not look at all like what was advertised in the photographs on their website. But because I cut the lace, I only received a $40 refund. There is no one in my area who can fix it, and so I am stuck.

The hair was true to description. It is soft, no foul smell and the shedding wasn't much.

The hair is perfect. True length 26 inches, soft, no shedding or smell at all. Plus was delivered within 6 days. I was skeptical at first because I have patronised some online vendors before and I was disappointed. But recool hair is perfect and I love it. I highly recommend.

This is not human hair it’s more like a high end of European straight if you like extremely straight white/ European hair , go for it I’m more of a Peruvian curly or kinky straight girl

I love this website I’ve been ordering my hair from here for over 3 years now. I literally don’t trust anyone else with my wigs. Their wigs have minimal shedding and can be worn over and over again, and that’s any density any style.

Recool hair is amazing! It’s so soft and the curls hold up really well. I love that it comes pre-curled, so I don’t have to worry about styling it. And the customer service is top-notch! I highly recommend Recool hair.
