My wig arrived today. I'll be honest, I was a bit skeptical being that I have never order from this company and that I really had never heard of this company, but this wig is FABULOUS!!! Also they accommodated the small cap! I rate it 10/10, will definitely be shopping with them again, and it came quicker than expected for my event! Also their communication is superb!

I ordered a wig from Recool on 27 February 2025. I received a message stating that the wig had been shipped on 1 March and a link to FedEx tracking system but when you click on the FedEx link, it is blank and nothing appears on it to track your order. I have been in contact with the admin the past week and they keep telling me my order will be delivered “today” - same story everyday. It is a week later and still haven’t received a link to track my wig and they keep telling me that the wig will be shipped “today”.

I have asked them to cancel my order and institute a refund for the amount paid for the wig and additional shipping costs. If they have not refunded my money by next day, I will lodge a fraud complaint against Recool with HSBC and PayPal to ensure that they are blocked from processing future payments.

DO NOT BUY FROM RECOOL!! IT IS A SCAM AND FRAUD!! THE HAIR REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND BY INFLUENCERS WHO ARE PAID AND GET FREE HAIR TO WRITE FAKE REVIEWS!!

Love love love their hair very soft. Knots are very. small. Lace is pre plucked and bleached. True to length.

I’m tired of wasting my money. Sigh. The hair looks good at first but the shedding is horrendous. Most times there’s not enough parting space for side part even though I buy 13x6. After 2 wears the hair is a mess as the excessive shedding causes balding. I hate this hair company’s customer service as they only respond when they want you to write a good review. DON’T BUY this hair. It’s not worth it.

Hair is very soft, true to length with bleached knots. It comes pre-plucked, but you may need to pluck it a little more if you prefer a more natural hairline. The back gets a little tangled, but nothing unbearable. Comes with “butterfly layers” but I cut a few more layers into it to give me a more framed look around my face/have bouncer curls. Overall satisfied with this wig and will probably be ordering more.

I just purchased the deep wave 18 inch 13by4 HD lace wig scalp was so real looking hair was gorgeous the curls are beautiful! It took exactly a week to arrive. They have beautiful wigs!!

I received my hair today it's so cute Im so satisfied with the fast shipping I received after 1 business day wow and quality too top-notch I wish I took a longer length 12 seems short on me but I'm very sure I'll order more
