I have scrapped my car today. Excellent service throughout. Did a quote online - higher than any local ones. Received a text to confirm and a date, another an hour before collection. Fellow turned up to collect it within the time window. He explained the paperwork, money in my account today. I was worried when I read some of the reviews but it seems it depends on where you are in the country. The main landline is answered.

Picked up a bit late. Original driver had broken down. Very friendly bloke picked up the car. Handbrake seized up after little use in extremely cold weather and he helped unseize it which was great. Would use again.

Becky collected my car. Very impressed. Called to say she was half hour away. When she arrived very professional. Told me payment should be in my account end of day or next business day. Was in by end of day. Very impressed with her and company.
