Had my vehicle picked up yesterday by Becky at M25 vehicle services Ltd, she was great. Car battery was flat and stuck on a busy road, she handled everything, jump started it and loaded it up. Money came in that evening. Thanks!

Supposed to pick up my car. Waited all day. NO SHOW.
During the long wait, i phoned several times, to be told all was fine. Then their phones went off as they are closed. (an hour before advertised time).
So here i am with 2 cars they were supposed to collect and back to square one, with a wasted day off work.
Be suspicious of the rave reviews..

Becky from m25 vehicle services ltd is such a lovely lady. She phoned and kept in touch about her arrival time due to traffic. She was very friendly and knowledgable, explaining the v5 and the process/payment. She was single handedly going to put my broken down car on the back of her truck. Just a pleasure to have such a nice, positive, capable person come round. She certainly leaves you smiling!

Becky is an absolute legend and gets the job done. She went over and above for my dad and myself. Even made my dad a cup of tea as he is now immobile. Her communication with me was flawless. Amazing service all round and highly recommended.

I was late 3 hours to collect the vehicle, but wonderful stuff was understanding and gave me a good service anyway.

Becky from m25 vehicle services ltd came to scrap our car. She kept us informed throughout the morning when to expect her which was so helpful as our broken down car to scrap was an hour away from where we live. The whole process was quick, easy, efficient and the funds were in my account by the next day. Becky was really lovely and made the experience straightforward!

My collection from Becky today was amazing! Great, friendly service with a call to let me know she was near and I had the money in my bank before the end of the day! Highly recommend.

Becky my driver was caught up for 4hrs when the protesters stopped the highway traffic I was expecting this unavoidable delay would mean rescheduling but what an amazing lady she kept me updated throughout checking that I was okay for a late pickup she arrived about 8pm exhausted but so friendly quick and efficient she even removed my license plate for me to keep as a souvenir as I told her my car had great sentimental value. Lovely lady no idea how she was still able to be friendly after that many hours of work. My car was a non starter in a difficult place and it was raining but I was delighted with the service. Paid promptly 10hrs later. Good price and home pick up. Just brilliant.
