Lovely earrings, well made. Really easy ordering process. Earrings were as described, delivery was quick and they were well packaged. They came in a little velvet pouch which is really handy for storing them. I would definitely buy from the company again.

I recently ordered several earrings from this guys, advertised as sterling silver coated in gold and featuring Swarovski crystals. However, upon receiving the items, I found that they do not meet the described quality. When rubbing the so-called sterling silver, a darker substance is revealed underneath, indicating it is not genuine sterling silver. Additionally, the crystals appear to be made of plastic or a composite material, rather than authentic Swarovski crystals. I am disappointed by the discrepancy between the advertised quality and the actual product received. These items are cheap, of low value, and do not meet the standards they were supposed to uphold

I have bought jewellery a few times now from RedCarpet their customer service is brilliant and I've never had to wait/Wonder where my goodies to come through I've always been emailed the delivery date and they've been spot on everytime

I spent 4.99 pounds on the so-called free earrings from this website on October 30th, order number #144542. The website sent me two emails, and I have not yet received the package. The after-sales service on this website is terrible! I haven't received a reply since I clicked Contact Us on their website. I didn't even receive an email after I forgot my password. It's disgusting. What do you mean? If anyone wants to buy something from this website, I advise you to find another one. If the staff sees this, please get in touch with me immediately, and I will ask for a refund!!!
