‘Free’ necklace is cheap tat - clearly not Swarovski crystal! I suppose you get what you pay for - it must be worth about 50p and they sent it as a second class letter so they are making a good profit from all of us who are falling for this scam. I have no idea what their usual items are like but I would be hesitant to every buy from a company who are running a money- making scheme like this. I feel stupid for falling for it. At least I’m only £4.99 out of pocket and I wasn’t taken for more.

Have found very similar necklace to the one provided on AliExpress for 24p. Given that the seller will have bought these necklaces at wholesale price, they probably got them even cheaper than this. The cost of a second class stamp is 75p and a small padded envelope could be bought in bulk for as little as 20p. So, with these price estimates, the value of the item sent along with postage and packing would be around £1.20. The seller charges £4.99 in postage for this ‘free’ gift, so this leaves them with £3.79 per ‘free’ necklace sent out to pay for associated costs (staff, taxes, etc.) and make a profit.

This necklace is NOT Swarovski crystal and is likely worth next to nothing. I can see from the reviews on here that I was not the only person left disappointed and feeling scammed by this seller. If you want a cheap necklace like this, go on AliExpress or Temu and get one for 25p - save your £4.99 for something actually worth that.

I would like this seller to actually respond appropriately to all these disappointed customers - offer them their money back and acknowledge that the necklace sent out was not a Swarovski crystal pendant. Being rude and argumentative with unsatisfied consumers is further evidence of the lack of professionalism of this seller and offers more evidence that this is not someone you want to purchase from. Imagine having spent significant money on an item and being let down by its quality and getting this response.

Saw an advert offering EARRINGS FREE, bought the matching pendant and chainm the items arrived very quick and are now put away as a gift for my daughter at Christmas. The necklace and earrings look great and came with a velvet style pouch and Swarovski label. I am very happy with the set and know my daughter will love them.

Quality of items on picture looked amazing so bought several items for wifes birthday. Birthday not here yet, so not worn, looked cheaper and felt lighter than would have expected, but came in post quickly, were cheaper than shops and according to website heavily discounted
so I gave it a try, but as with age old saying, you get what you pay for.
May not have wow factor so bought her a couple of other things, as not really worthy of someone I love's main present.
Nice enough as could not have afforded the originals, just hope they don't discolour as per somd reviews I have seen.

I ordered a necklace as a freebie and only paid for postage - I love a bargain!
This necklace was advertised as "white gold plated sterling silver" - the plating is wearing off of the pendant and it definitely isn't silver underneath! At a guess I would say it's copper.
The prongs holding the 2 stones are also not very straight.

I ordered on 4th September and there has been no confirmation or shipping email sent to me. No way to reach out to them

I ordered ring and after first day I had a blue mark on my finger. Cheep stuff. Customers service is even worse. When I asked when I will receive my order they reply straight away with terms and conditions policy:
jewellery claim, which you placed 4 working days ago. According to our records, your order was dispatched on 21/08/2023 .

As you will have read before submitting your claim - these free items are not subject to our usual delivery schedules and will take at least 10 working days to arrive. This is industry standard practice for items which are claimed free.

Your free jewellery should arrive very soon, and within the delivery schedule described by us, and agreed by you at the time you placed your claim.
This is the worst experience I ever had and I won't buy anything form them any more.

Although the pieces I ordered were nice, to state they are replicas of certain brands is inaccurate. The bracelet I bought is identical as the one from the original company which I already own. There is a huge difference in weight, the stone setting and I was disappointed that the replica was rather expensive and didn’t live up to the same standard as S… placing a card from that company with the item doesn’t make it the same quality. Sorry but not what I was hoping for

The price of the items that I chose were really great but I did buy them in sale. I even got a free bracelet which is amazing!!
