I love the necklace I bought it is beautiful. The whole process was so easy, to pick what I wanted, to pay, and for it to be delivered was so quick. I will look on there again.

I ordered online, and it was dispatched quickly. Jewellery arrived quickly. Jewellery was beautiful

They sent me the 18k gold plated diamond cut and it was free except for the £3.99 delivery fee. When it arrived it looked worst than any fake gold! Although it is not authentic gold they could have tried to make it look realistic. It looked orange and IT WAS A MAGNET IT STICKS TO METAL!!! A LOAD OF RUBBISH. Not worth £1 let alone £3.99.
Then they have the audacity to reply with nonsense instead of accepting the fact that they sell rubbish whether paid for or free. When i first ordered from them I ordered 7 items and the stud was bent on arrival so i said i will never buy from them against. I got this as it was a freebie, but not worth it. Obviously you idiot I found out it was magnet through it attracting (if you know what that is). You are a bogus company. DON'T BUY FROM RED CARPET. As you can read from theor response they DON'T HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL!!! RUBBISH

Ordered a free bracelet still stuck on pending after 2 days of waiting

I ordered a bracelet and matching earrings for my mums birthday and to say her smile sparkled as much as the Jewels did. Both items were beautifully made and arrived on time. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

I bought two earrings and a necklace. Everything looked better than I expected when I got it! Especially that kitten stud, really too cute, and that wine cup necklace, really like!

If I could give you NO stars, I would, the jewelry is a rip-off from Swarovski, take a close look at the label, it is spelled differently. Asked for my money back, let's see if they send me my money back. I am in conversation with Trading Standards about this. However, on a plus side, they have just refunded me.

I received my order quick. The jewellery was stunning. The necklace and pair or earrings were good quality. Definitely would recommend and is much affordable than other stores. Hopefully would order agin there soon.

Ordered free earrings and a love heart ring which was £14.99 plus £3.99 postage and had high Hope's. However the earrings with "Swarovski element" are like something out of a cheap Christmas cracker. How can they use the Swarovski name when it is nothing like that. The ring is not worth the money, it's like something off a cheap market stall and I shall not wear it. Would never buy from here again, I've wasted my money.

I recently had a mixed experience with this company.

I ordered a pair of earrings that were advertised as "free" and only had to pay for postage and packaging. The price was reasonable and when they arrived they were as described.

However, their order confirmation email stated that they would be delivered within 10 days, and so after this period of time I made a polite enquiry via email to request a tracking number or confirmation of despatch. I received a passive aggressive response that left a sour taste in my mouth.

While I appreciate that customer service teams can be busy and may be dealing with a high volume of queries - especially for an offer where the product was "free", I believe that the tone and language used by the company was inappropriate and could have been handled better.

My advice to the company would be to treat all customers fairly, regardless of what they have purchased or the value of the order. Remember, your business paid a company to promote your offer of "free" earrings for the purpose of generating brand awareness, which in turn should translate to repeat business and returning customers. In effect, ordering the "free" earrings from a customers perspective could be considered a low-cost, low-risk trial of your products and service. Why ruin that opportunity by providing a less than optimal customer service experience?

Despite this negative experience, I still feel that the goods were as described and the price was reasonable, so I would recommend them for the product I received. However, I would advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with their customer services team and to be prepared for a less than satisfactory response.

Amazing company, the jewellery I purchased was beautiful and reasonably priced. Arrived very quickly and packaging was great.
