The food was very expensive! £7.50 for a sausage wow! I don’t mind paying a little extra if the food was lovely but it was unbelievably average. I said to my wife we would have enjoyed ourselves going to McDonalds or KFC instead!

Shockingly bad!!!! Firstly wrong drink given. Daughter was given a completely different drink to what she ordered and we were given no explanation. The food was Luke warm at best. The burgers were all cold and stodgy the fries barely edible. Missing food from order this was brought out after we had finished everything and it was actually hot! They did remove the missing food from the order and the incorrect drink. But there is no way the £102 we paid for the meal was worth it. Literally 15 mins after leaving both my daughter and wife were pretty unwell. Later the evening in was pretty sick as well. This was Red Dog Saloon in Southampton so avoid at all costs.

AVOID! This place is an absolute disgrace.

Rip off prices for completely inadequate portion sizes. Incorrect items on the order and I hate to say this, the meat (pork), which was served luke warm was inedible because of the fact it smelt like it was rotting, the smell hit my nose right away. It literally made me feel sick. As someone who eats meat regularly this was most concerning.

I shall never dine here again. A terrible experience.

We visited here as a group of 20 as a works do. The same evening as England V France. Great atmosphere, amazing food and a brilliant service from all the staff. We all enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely recommend to others and will revisit again very soon!

I went to the one in Hoxton Square and the food was amazing. The Beef Ribs and the Chips were cooked to perfection. Also the waiter that served me called "Adrian" was really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming here again.

Only reason I’m giving this soho branch 2 stars is for the waiting staff, burgers overpriced for the quality of burger and undercooked, bacon over cooked - in fairness we were told burgers were medium would hate to see what rare would be. Portion of fries £8, and a can - yes a can of sprite £4.50. Then a 12.5 % service charge added to an already overpriced bill, without being told this would be added (and apparently waiting staff are not given this!!!!)
I am well aware of London prices, but for this I expect quality. Only thing good about this place was the friendly waitresses.

Went to the Hoxton restaurant last night with friends and can't fault it. Great food and the service was outstanding even though it was Friday night and it was super busy. Our waitress should get a special mention, unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was so good, I love service that is attentive and friendly without being intrusive and that's exactly what we got. Reasonably priced and decent portion sizes too. I have been to the Soho restaurant before which I like and I would definitely return here as well.

September we webt to eat here. My partner and our two friends. We were sick for a few days after eating here.

I put in a complaint on September 9....today in still calling about the complaint because nobody is bothering to help nnim getting told one thing one time then another on a different occasions

The food wasn't all that great. Far too salty and over done in parts. Dry on others and the chicken wings were swimming grease

Then we were all I'll. Me and my partner were wick and had stomach issues and our friends were feeling ill

Liverpool restaurant was outstanding, fast service and food was spot on. Me and the wife have eaten in most popular (top rated) Liverpool restaurants. This was up there with best burger we have had. Staff are fantastic so polite and friendly. We definitely recommend a visit!!!

We went there for a late birthday lunch. Ordered Corona Beer, told there's no bottled beer, only draft. Okay. What arrived was NOT Corona at all and, as we later found out when our friends arrived and upon ordering a Corona were told there was none left and there was only one draft lager, that is what we had received. There was no tomato juice to order a Bloody Mary, but okay, we won't dwell on that. No alcohol free beer either for our friend who was driving. The service was mediocre (one guy looked like he was just doing work experience and really had no clue about things) considering the place was no busy at all - it took ages to get a second beer. The only reasonable thing about it was the food - all the guys had the Carnivore platter, which was plentiful and I had a burger, meat tasted fine but Five Guys does them better. All in all, a pretty disappointing experience, won't go there again. Plus - no hand sanitizers anywhere, not even outside the toilets.

Visited the Bond Street restaurant and we had pre booked, we sat down and waited twenty minutes for someone to take our drink order then we waited an hour for our food,a member of staff kept coming saying it’ll be out soon,we eventually got our food but had sides missing,when we asked for the bill a female member of staff came over and whilst she was attending to the bill we got sprayed with ketchup from the next table and the staff member just gave an inane look whilst our missing sides turned up,it absolutely ruined our night out in Liverpool and the food was mediocre at best, Wouldn’t come back.

We went to the restaurant in Liverpool and I can honestly say it was the best food I've ever tasted! I'm so shocked at the other reviews on here. We went back the next day for lunch it was that good, and then 2 nights later again for an evening meal! It's so reasonably priced too. A burger costs from around 8.95 and it's SO GOOD. I had the chicken burger and it was the best chicken I've ever tasted. Each time we went back all the food we got tasted incredible.
Would definitely recommend, don't let the reviews put you off!!
Considering going back to Liverpool for the day just to visit Red Dog Saloon!!

Been to Red Dog Saloon a few times in London and I can't fault them. The food was amazing

You didn't miss me I turned up and experienced the worst food in the 28 year of my life and will never return I travel from Walsall to come visit ur restaurant and it's terrible if I was the man in charge I'd have it shut down the best thing about it is walking out didn't even have tiolet roll on the tiolets broken sinks with sand paper init the fat leaking out my burger burnt my hand I dropped my burger shambles this is Nottingham

Ordered £43 worth of food from the Nottingham takeaway via Deliveroo. Order was incomplete. Had to phone to get missing items sent nearly an hour after original delivery. The burgers are nothing like the pictures on the menu. I do not like McDonalds but believe me the Big Mac is far superior to the crap that this restaurant send you for 3 times the price. Oh and don't order a milk shake as they send it in a polystyrene cup with no lid, just a bit of clingfilm over the top so a third of it is spilled over the rest of your food when you receive it. Trust me go to your local takeaway or McDonalds, at least you won't get mugged and you'll be able to have some quality food to eat.

Ordered the bbq for 2 via deliveroo.
Turned up cold
The chicken was rancid(off) and unedable. The photo shows 2 susages but platter had 1/2 susage cut into four.
What saved it was the pulled pork (chopped pork on menu) and brisket.
Plenty to share and tasted good once warmed up. The sides were enough for 1 definitely not 2 people.
So mixed feelings on this one.

Terrible service. Ordered 4 burger meals from this resteraunt via uber eats. Almost £50 spent .delivered by a cyclist when food arrived only 1 incorrect burger arrived cold and inedible. Cyclist tried to give me a refund he could not. 3 phone calls later to resteraunt them saying they can't do anything as uts users fault! Yet obviously they sent wrong food.still unable to get my refund after emails to ubereats were they inform me to contact resteraunt. I niw believe this place scams customers out of money in this method .After checking online today I have seen other people had same thing happen. Stear clear of this place

I really really love this place. The Hoxton bar is great, the food is amazing. Or should I say usually?
I want to give a 1star review after our experience today. But I like the place too much.
As we sat down in our booth, as a fat bloke I hate booths and I’m sure it’s done on purpose, we were informed that the entirety of the BBQ menu was off. The smoker had gone out over night and nothing had cooked. As an avid BBQ smoker I can only imagine someone wasn’t watching it. I smoke meat for up to 10 hours and constantly monitor the fire. For a BBQ restaurant this is a massive fail. It’s a near 4 hour round trip to visit our fav place and they have no Q to eat. This also counted out half their burgers as they have smoked meats in them. Whoever didn’t attend the fire must hang their head in shame. A pitmaster that lets their fire go out. 0 stars.

I used the one in Southampton before the lock down and was reasonably impressed...but I went again yesterday and I have to say...it was shockingly bad. Over priced for tiny amounts of food ...terrible service ....missing orders and it was cold.
It felt like they had massively reduced the amount of food being served and upped the price.
I definitely won’t go back
