I’m very happy with my purchase of the Sync Module 2. The price was great — definitely one of the best deals I found online. Delivery was quick and right on time, which I really appreciated. The selle... See more

I bought a "New" Samsung Smart Tag2 from their eBay store. It arrived in a plain plastic bag without anything - no Samsung packaging, no battery ejection tool, no user's manual, no warranty papers. I emailed them and got an arrogant reply stating that they do not supply anything with the item. When I pointed out that getting warranty from Samsung is an uphill battle even if you HAVE the paperwork, they replied: "We offer 12 months warranty with this ...”, thereby confirming that I was dealing with chancers. These small electronics are usually irreparable and the manufacturer just sends you a replacement, and if Samsung cannot repair their own stuff you certainly don't want these charlatans to give it a try.
I have recently bought something on their ebay store and can only discourage people from buying from them.
After one second from pressing "buy", I wanted to cancel the purchase and click on request cancellation. Literally one second passed. Never the less they ignored my request and went on with the shipment for which I had to pay to ship it back.
I felt disgusted by their behaviour.
Great customer service after my ring doorbell didn’t work I sent them a message they paid for my return postage and sent out another all with in one week . Only if all companies were like this one, I can’t see why they have so much poor feedback back to be honest .
This company misrepresented the product I purchased and refused to resolve it. Awful customer service. AVOID
bought a refurbed speaker libratone battery in it which is massive held no charge useless also bought earbud and they worked bad too bad company not fixingf anything just posting out defective product scammers at best
Bought a ring doorbell. Won't connect to phone .sent it back told me to contact ring and then more crap.no refund and just ignores my emails. just a con stay away
I would recommend that people stay away from this company. It's way of operating it's business is dubious to say the least. I purchased a Google Nest Audio from them, when it started to give problems, they referred me to the Google support. They then told me to go to Google to get the problem solved even though the product is still within the warranty period. Looking at the other reviews before I can clearly understand and believe that they should not be allowed to trade.
Don,t go anywhere near this company. I ordered an Amazon Firestick "refurbished by seller".( Sadly before I,d read the reviews.) The telecommand terminals were all corroded one so badly it was fused into the plastic body so no batteries would fit. Never seen any refurbishment for years.
Reply to emails "out of the office".
Claimed a refund via eBay which they,ve accepted but still had to pay p&p to return the junk.
They sell items as ‘like new’, but sadly do not honour their advertised 12 month warranty. AVOID, unless you want to waste your money on broken goods that they will not accept returns for or refund.
I brought a google nest audio smart speaker. It came promptly. It in its original manufacture sealed box plus a two pin power adaptor plug. The speaker was destined for the Brazil market. All the documentation was in portuguese and the speaker startup language was the same as documentation. After some effort I was able to configure it accept my voice in English. The power adaptor plug is precarious when attached to supplied google AC adaptor and will be wanting to replace it with a UK version. The cheapest of the product isn't worth the hassle. Buy elsewhere - preferably google direct.
Very very poor company avoid ....
Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased a pair of headphones from these people.
Totally crap. The headphones were damaged on arrival, emailed them promised the world but to no avail.
Returned the headphones still not got the refund. So glad I paid via PayPal or I would of lost my money.
So poor communication poor item and terrible after service.
So hope you go bankrupt but before you pay all the money owed to the people you have ripped off......
These guys are scum, they sell faulty goods under fake warranties and then try to palm you off when you confront them with it. do not buy from them.
Just like other customers, I made a purchase and when the item developed a fault they simply refer you the manufacturer. Yes it is a manufacturer warranty but as the seller it is their responsibility to provide the resolution as the contract is made between the customer and the retailer. They have no interest in customer experience or their obligations as a retailer. Just say that after 30 days all they can do is provide an invoice to show when you bought it. Avoid unless you want to run the risk of being left with a faulty product and no support
They sold me faulty Google Pixel Buds and as soon as I received the Buds I contacted the seller (on eBay) who directed me to get this fixed with Google as it's covered by Google's manufacturer warranty. It turns out that the warranty on the Buds has been expired (they've only been a couple of days old and were sealed) and the seller refuses to sort this out and keeps directing me to Google. This is the first time I experience such difficulty with a seller.
Red rock uk official skullcandy seller on Ebay, what a joke of a company.
Received faulty earbuds, sent them back and I'm over 4 weeks still waiting for a refund, apparently I'm lucky they've taken them back as i must take up the problem direct with the manufacturer even though redrock sold them to me. Quick enough to take my money but can't be bothered to refund my money promptly like most decent companies would.
They operate out of the big yellow storage unit, so you can see they haven't even got a Decent set up.
Avoid like the plague. Joke of a company.
Will update how long the refund takes currently 15 days even though they've had my PayPal reference they asked for days ago, and still no refund yet.
Having to get Uk trading standards involved now to get this sorted.
Apparently they've sent me a new pair which i didn't receive, I've asked for proof of this and the rely was, we sent a new pair, we will not give me a refund or have anthing to do with this case.
Utter parasites.
The seller dismissed my returns query without even attempting to help me. They tried to fob me off to Pure directly. Not great customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would! Yours Faithfully a disgruntled customer!
Online sales of items that they simply do not have in stock , they also trade on ebay & remove any negative or bad feedback as soon as they refund you . Ebay allow this !
I purchased an item from them , they stated it had shipped & provided a tracking number , the number is still valid but RM never received the item (18 days later), they now are putting it down to lost in post ... really !!?? write £80 off just like that ?? tells you everything you need to know . VERY shoddy business sense & sharp practice . Back in the day we called them lost leaders
Just feel that I need to leave feedback for this company Red Rock UK that sell open box electrical items on Amazon and eBay. The item I purchased, there was problems and I left a neutral feedback on eBay regarding this item, as it was too late to return and just so others can be aware. When checking ebay feedback I found the feedback had been deleted. Very disappointed with ebay as I felt the remarks were completely accurate and I had no contact from eBay regarding this. Obviously this is why Red Rock UK have excellent 100-percent feedback if this is the kind of practice they do with eBay and Amazon. If you are reading this, beware if considering making a purchase from Red Rock UK.
I bought something off Ebay. It never arrived although Royal Mail tracking said it did after an investigation by Royal Mail they said they had made a mistake and actually the package was misdelivered and to ask the seller to make a claim. I sent this email to Red Rock but still no refund. Red Rock refuse to do so or refund me. I have spent weeks trying to get them to help and they say they wont refund but you have to open a case with Ebay to get a refund. Terrible unhelpful customer service. Be very wary buying from these people
