ReducemyExcess web site is one of the easiest, most direct, and informative sites I have used in many years. Hopefully I never need to make a claim, but reading reviews this company seems fair in dealing with claims.

Explain why renewal was dearer than going for new quote ? Phoned regarding renewal told no opportunity to reduce price despite jump from year before. Decided to go through Quidco for new quote with same company (Reduce my excess) £13 cheaper with new quote than renewal and cask back to follow. As far as product car hire excess insurance delighted but the quote process was disappointing and could have cost more if simply accepted. So perhaps be aware !
