I only give one star because I cant give -5 I accidentally added the wrong month and got in touch immediately to let you know on an insurance charge of £22 you where going to charge me a further£16 to change the date. I decided to not take up your unattractive offer and have gone elsewhere terrible service

Great prices for single trip and annual policies and it’s good to be able to use Cashback websites to get even more money off. However, I dropped a couple of stars purely for the time it took me to find out what the policy limits were as I wanted to know these before entering all my details and committing to a policy. The limits are shown on the last step, but I had to put in all my details by that stage. I did find them eventually somewhere in the FAQs/Policy docs. The true worth of a policy is how they deal with claims ultimately, which I hope I don’t have to go through!
