Great prices for single trip and annual…
Great prices for single trip and annual policies and it’s good to be able to use Cashback websites to get even more money off. However, I dropped a couple of stars purely for the time it took me to find out what the policy limits were as I wanted to know these before entering all my details and committing to a policy. The limits are shown on the last step, but I had to put in all my details by that stage. I did find them eventually somewhere in the FAQs/Policy docs. The true worth of a policy is how they deal with claims ultimately, which I hope I don’t have to go through!

Brilliant Customer Service
These guys were great, I booked a van policy and when I got to the rental place I had to swap out to a car. I messaged ReduceMyExcess asking if I could swap the policy. They responded saying they couldn't swap the policy but as I'd bought an annual car policy for a later rental they have refunded the van policy IN FULL. I did not expect that but was very pleasantly surprised. Absolute top marks for going above and beyond. Thank you.
