Productive time!
Have really loved learning at the Reel Scene, such a genuine place, run by caring, supportive people who have your best interest at heart.
The opportunities so far to work with wonderful, active actors and directors has been so insightful and inspiring. Can’t wait for more!
I can only thank everyone at the Reel…
I can only thank everyone at the Reel Scene for being so wonderful and for letting me explore the world of acting and for letting me grow as an actor and supporting me at every step of the way. I have started out with some drop in classes and am now doing the Year’s Course with them. I love how I have made friends for life there and how they have turned into my family and I am so grateful for the positive and safe environment they create for everyone who wants to give acting a try! They bring in the best acting coaches and they make it their mission to get everyone the success they deserve. Thanks for all the hard work and support to Alex, Nicola and the whole team!
Real people. Real advice. Reel Scene.
I decided after many years of pursuing different interests, that the only thing I wanted to do was go back to pursuing a career in acting.
Finding myself in London, one of the best places in the world to do just that, I knew I had an opportunity. I just needed to find the right people to help me.
After looking around for a while - and procrastinating a lot - I was lucky enough to be invited to a workshop session that The Reel Scene was hosting. The theme of the day was improv.
That was where I met Reel Scene CEO Alex Fidelski.
Since that day, I haven't looked back. Alex and all the coaches at The Reel Scene (my phone has also taught itself to capitalise those words if they're in that order.... Smart) have helped and guided me to new heights.
I completed their week long intensive course. Which was a blast! I met some lifelong friends and collaborators through that course.
From there, I went straight in to their very first 1 year part time screen acting course. I don't even have the words to describe how it shaped me as an actor and a person. We filmed a short at the end of the course, and it has since gone on to festivals with a screening. I couldn't be prouder of the work we did together.
The Reel Scene, in my eyes, have always strived to give you a no nonsense approach to an education as a working actor - and an honesty that will leave you assured of the choices you've made.
Give their workshops a shot, and you'll see what I mean. The other benefit to them is the ever growing community built up around The Reel Scene. They'll all pull you in (No cult activities, I promise).
Okay.... Go!
Becoming part of The Reel Scene
Enrolling in The Reel Scene was one of the best decisions I could have made.
Brilliant professional actors shared their experience and taught us in the most fun and also productive way. Everyone’s extremely helpful and once you’re in you become a permanent part of The Reel Scene family. I highly recommend The Reel Scene to anyone desiring to pursue and learn more about the acting industry.
3 month Acting course
I took part in the 3 month Acting course. And it was AMAZING!
The teachers are great, the things you learn are important. Plus this course is good for anyone at any stage in their Acting career. Highly recommend
Best acting school in London
Best acting school in London! All top industry professional course teachers with invaluable advice to give. I have done a number of their courses including the 3 month acting course, the Asa Butterfield Master class and the Year course and really feel much more prepared for the industry and like part of a family at the end of them!
The Reel Scene is the real deal (ba-bum tsss!!)
The Reel Scene is the real deal (ba-bum tsss!!) Ok, in all seriousness, I could say I've had the best experience with The Reel Scene. Alex, Nicola and the coaches all have been awesome and a joy to work with. They offer so much support, knowledge and practical tips about the craft and business. For most parts, there hasn't been much time to sit around. It's been really hands on, get on the runway and GO!
Best thing is, things don't end after the course either. The Reel Scene is a really nice community, we stay in touch, hang out and do stuff within and outside of TRS. There's also opportunity to work on up coming projects, which is cool.
It's hard work, but boy it's been so much fun!! You won't be disappointed, fo'sho!
