ORDERED 2X10 BOXES OF REFILL,S..WAS TOLD WOULD BE DELIVERED IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS..10 DAY,S LATER...NO REFILL,S..PHONED AND WAS TOLD.HAVE TRACKED YOUR ORDER AND IT HASNT LEFT THE SUPPLY DEPOT YET...WHY...DONT KNOW...SO TOLD THEM TO CANCEL THAT ORDER AND RE-ORDER ANOTHER 2X10 BOXES...GREAT I THOUGHT..THEY SHOULD BE HERE WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS...ALAS...6 DAYS LATER...STILL NO DELIVERY.....NOW I HEAR THEY ARE GOING OUT THE GAME....SO WHAT HAPPENS TO ALL OUR MONEY.?????

This company is amazing . They have never failed to deliver the next day . Oder at 11am and delivered the next day . My order has never been wrong and their site is easy to move around. I have been shopping with them for a few years now. Went to Online shopping during Covid and have not looked back. Thank you for your great service.

Wouldn’t buy another vape pen out refill station got the arrowX stopped charging after 3 months to be told there’s nothing they can do expecting it to last longer was a good customer in there spent 100 of pounds but won’t buy anything again from there

Far too many flavours out of stock for weeks, if not months...
Happy to find supplier issues seem to be sorted now.
One thing I can't fault Refill Station on is their customer service, great communication from the Glasgow team throughout

Happy with the quality of the oils. Delivery is always reliable. Only negative I have is the bottles the oil is on. They can be very difficult to open, the pouring part often comes away with the lid resulting in the oil spilling.

Exactly what I needed at reasonable price. Delivery was quicker than expected also. Will definitely shop here again!

I have been using the Dundee shop since it opened. Fantastic range of Mods and ejuice. And such lovely staff now since getting rid of the dead wood (I won't name names - But we all know who I am referring to)

Vicky who works during the week is such a lovely woman. Always have a laugh and a chat with her. As was Jacob who has recently left.
