Rubbish Delivery

Think you need to have a word with your delivery people ,My recent order was a disgrace , the only info I had was day of delivery no time slot am or pm , worst of all I came home from walking my dog to find my £80. parcel left on the doorstep

Refillstation are great for liquids and…

Refillstation are great for liquids and coils too. My main reason for using them was for the Mayan CBD vape oils but unfortunately they have stopped suppling them. I wish they would continue to do so. They have never faulted with an order and the packages always arrive very quickly and in perfect condition.

Truly excellent customer service

Had an issue with a courier error for delivery and so emailed the help desk, I got a phone call immediately from a member of staff and can I just say the customer experience was amazing, thank you for restoring my faith that some employees/companies do know how to treat their customers, well done and thank you.
