I’m 5 months post breast augmentation and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Mr Lambe really has made my dreams come true and I will be forever grateful! He truly is the best! My experience with reflect clinic has been absolutely faultless. From initial contact I have recieved nothing less than outstanding person and clinical care.
This was my first cosmetic procedure, one of which I have thought about for nearly 15 years but thought I would never be able to follow through with.
Initial contact with Jayne was one of the most reassuring parts of my whole journey so far. Her warmth, knowledge and understanding instantly put me at ease and gave me the confidence to actually go through with this.
Initial consultation with Mr. Lambe followed and this is where I understood why I trusted Jayne so much. Mr. Lambe is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, understanding and throws off a real vibe of enjoying what he does. He also really worked with me to understand me as a person and work with me on my goals/outcomes for surgery.
Prior to surgery I had a constant point of contact and further appointments to prepare and adress any concerns I had.
I had my surgery at HCA Wilmslow and once again, I have not been able to pluck a single flaw from the whole day. The procedure ran like clockwork and I was made to feel involved and valued at every step. Being numb and comfortable, but awake, allowed me have some wonderful conversation with the assistants in theatre and a massive thankyou for their care and support during. To be comfortable enough to laugh and smile my way through made the world of a difference.
6 days post and I have had nothing short of outstanding clinical aftercare. Jayne, once again, has been a solid figure of support and I'm excited to see Mr. Lambe at my 14 day follow up to thank him for his work, his care and giving me something back which I never thought I'd have.

The experience at the Reflect Clinic and subsequent surgery at Wilmslow Hospital was everything one might wish for. All the staff were friendly, approachable and professional. I felt listened to and answered clearly and honestly. I feel that Mr Lambe, Jayne, Patrick (anaesthetist) and Rachel deserve a special mention for their care.

This is my second procedure with Mr Lambe, the first was in 2019. I had absolutely no hesitation in choosing Mr Lambe despite a couple of recommendations from friends who have recently gone through breast augmentation. I made the call & was so happy when the wonderful Jayne (clinic manager) answered. She is an amazing, warm friendly, lovely lady. She genuinely cares and is with you throughout your whole journey, always there to answer any questions, concerns and give reassurance if needed.

Attending HCA for my consultation with Mr Lambe was like meeting an old friend. He is one of the nicest guys you can meet and an outstanding surgeon who immediately puts you at ease. He listens to & answers in depth all your questions and is patient beyond belief, (something that was much needed in my case!)
and importantly he is totally honest. He addresses & manages your expectations, which is hugely important with this type of surgery. Every body is unique and it is not realistic looking at photos & thinking that’s what I want to look like.
On leaving the consultation my husband said “I’d forgotten just what a nice guy he is”

I went to Aset for my surgery & was under the care of the wonderful Rachel & her team. When Patrick (anaesthetist) who had looked after me previously came in to explain the process I felt thoroughly at ease and knew I was in good hands. I was quite sick after my last general anaesthetic & worried that this would be the case again. Patrick has a friendly, reassuring manner & explained that they have adopted a new approach to administering GA and it was highly unlikely that I would suffer these after affects. He was right, 15 minutes post op I was back in my room sat up chatting & asking for toast! No nausea & very little pain, I was home a couple of hours later, amazing.

A massive thank you to the whole team, your care, warmth & understanding exceed all expectations.

I am so thankful that I chose Mr Lambe and his fabulous team for my surgery. I had a mummy make over which involved a breast uplift and a full tummy tuck. I have to truly say from the start of my journey I felt that I was in the right hands from my consultations with Gerrard to the countless messages I sent to Jayne who always made me feel at ease and put a smile on my face. I recently underwent breast augmentation procedure and couldn't recommend Mr Lambe and the Reflect Clinic enough. Mr Lambe is very approachable, understanding, and empathetic, and has a wonderful sense of humour which immediately put me at ease. The procedure itself was so much better than I imagined. It all went smoothly and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Mr Lambe saw me before the procedure, and before the GA, and then after the procedure and told me it all went well which was very reassuring. It's only a couple of days post op, but I already love my results.

Jayne has been wonderful too throughout this whole experience, from the very first call I have made, to now. She has made my journey so much easier, and has been incredibly helpful and patient with me, answering tens and tens of questions and organising everything so quickly and efficiently.

I’d contacted reflect to inquire on a breast uplift and implant and from my first phone call with Jayne, I felt listened to and respected in my wishes and wants. All of my concerns were addressed and from my first consultation with Dr.Lambe I knew that my vision was not only appreciated but understood. Dr. Lambe was knowledgeable and kind, showing a deep understanding of my situation and insecurities.

I had plenty of reassurance in the lead up to my procedure and Jayne was there to put me at ease, responding incredibly fast and with so much patience! The day of my surgery I was greeted so kindly and although I had still been very nervous on the leadup, the staff were all so professional and caring that I was confident going into theatre. I have to give special mention to my anaesthetist Dr. Waits who was so lovely and made my first time having anaesthesia so much less daunting.

Dr.Lambe’s work itself is incredible, one day out from my surgery and I look and feel so much better than I thought possible. I’ve been provided with images of the post op result which has helped significantly with my confidence in their look and the future healing. Considering the complexity of the surgery (uplift and an under the muscle implant) my pain has been manageable and I’ve been given really good care both emotionally and physically by the entire team and Reflect and Aset in my recovery.

I would highly recommend both Dr.Lambe and the entirety of the Reflect and Asset team as their approach to my surgery was both professional and knowledgable but also personal when it was important.

I had breast augmentation with Mr Lambe. My only regrets is that I worried far too much! The whole process went swimmingly from start to finish!
All the staff are literally like your best friends! I really didn’t feel like I was in a hospital at all!
My nurse was a lovely guy called Simon who couldn’t do enough to put me at ease right from the beginning.
Patch the anaesthetist is the most wonderful gentle man, and his nurse Julie was just one of the kindest women I’ve honestly ever met!
My nurses in recovery were Pru and Paul who sat listening to me talk nonsense whilst holding my hand and reassuring me that I was absolutely fine!

The best way I can describe my experience with Reflect is that I went through my procedure with a group of lovely friends by my side. That’s honestly how it felt.

I had breast implants two weeks ago and I honestly feel amazing.

I have seen Dr Lambe on various occasions for both consultations and subsequently surgery. My recent consultation was to discuss upper eyelid surgery, which I feel I need. However, Dr Lambe advised me that it wouldn’t be the best course of action at this time. He went on to explain he felt I would be more suited to a less invasive procedure and told me he would get in contact with of his colleagues who specialises in aesthetics. As always, I am so grateful for his honesty and integrity within the industry.
