Even though we didn’t go with Regal, this was no fault of there own just another estate agent offered the same % but I actually know them that’s why we went with the other one. However, Gill from regal and her team could not have done enough for us! Gave us guidance as we are a young couple, offered professional help and I couldn’t have had a better experience! Never rented before, moved to Kent from South Wales alone so quite a scary experience. I spoke to Charlotte in the agency and she was so helpful, nothing was too much of a problem.

I couldn’t be happier with Regal estates and the team. I wanted to rent out my newly refurbished apartment. They came to the apartment with all sorts of cameras and gadgets and spent time taking photos and creating a brilliant virtual tour. The girls were brilliant and found tenants within a week. This was my Father’s apartment who passed away last year so a huge thank you to the team for making what could have been a very stressful experience a pleasant one!

Absolutely disgusting service from these estate agents. Problems arising at the property that took 2 years to rectify, and still haven't been put right to this day. Constant lies after lies. Moved out now and they are trying to charge £990 for redecorating a property which has only fair wear and tear marks...they are all about money and have possibly the worst customer service levels I've ever experienced. They will send you an email out of hours so that you cannot contact them about it till the next week, constantly ignore your calls and emails. I would not recommend these to anyone and certainly won't use them again. Now potentially taking them to court over the whole thing.
Said in our check out inspection the property was filthy and poor condition, despite all people looking around saying how well it was kept, along with the fact the cleaners only had to complete a 'light clean' as per their invoice.

Everyone at Regal Estates was easy to reach, pleasant to deal with, and acted promptly and transparently.
Viewings were arranged for our convenience even when we did not give much notice.
Covid protocols were strictly observed and Steph even unlocked and opened all the sash windows to show they worked satisfactorily.
Communications between us and the sellers were judiciously passed on, speeding up the process.
We were buying long distance and when we needed local professionals and tradesmen Regal made suggestions.
After buying a property through Regal Estates we would be pleased to ask them to sell for us in the future. The photography and virtual tours online are superb and the enticing descriptions added excitement and made us want to view the properties for ourselves.

I have found Regal provide a professional service to me when organising the letting and management of my property. I deal with Jessica in lettings and have found her approach, communications and professionalism excellent. She deals with problems and sourcing contactors very quickly and is a good communicator which is good when dealing with tenants as well as myself.

My review is for Carla Morant in the rainham branch. She has been amazing, helping through my first move and being so patient with me and my millions of questions! Wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. Thank you so so much Carla!! Highly recommend x

Gillian Taylor handled the sale of our property with enthusiasm, creativity, professionalism and attention to detail. Despite the restrictions placed on the market during Covid-19 and the lockdown, it was easy to contact Gill and she was always upbeat, polite, friendly and extremely pleasant to work with. In all our dealings with her and her colleagues we felt that we were in good hands.

What an experience. Professional. Personal. Always there for you. Through a pandemic there were ups and downs with 2 offers that couldn’t make it through in the middle of the process and a 3rd that took a long time, at no fault of this agents. A challenge you’d assume however these amazing agents, seemingly laugh in the face of a challenge, as in a matter of weeks to turn around the property, re-market and get another offer in place, fierce. They had a plan every step of the way. Worked hard to get viewings in place with high communication along the way they really made me feel valued as a client. They wanted to know how they could do better for me all the way through. If you emailed you got a response. If you called you spoke to someone that knew the answer. Everyone else around the city must be going out of business due to these agents. Style. Ask for Gillian by name as you need them on your team as her and the team in Canterbury are FABULOUS!

From start to finish, from Roger to Rachael in the Sandwich office, the service was amazing. Regular updates and chase ups with the buyer and their solicitor made this process so easy.

£160 holding taken they said we never gave enough information but back and forth with the reference company my husband works for John Lewis and I can tell you between him and myself we could afford this flat rent twice over and now at the last min it folds and my daugther has no where to go and lost £160 holding fee such bad company, we never had any problems with her last company. Should be ashamed of themselves. So heart breaking when they trying to start out on their own

Totally blown away by how easy the sale was. About 3 months from first contact to completion, pretty close to asking price, with no hiccups at all. Regal kept me in the information loop throughout, and were very easy to work with. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Regal Estates in Sandwich is an exceptional Estate Agent who have a unique and excellent team. They assisted us with the process of buying and moving into our new home in Sandwich just before Christmas. The team look after each stage of the process very efficiently and professionally, which worked incredibly well for us. Rachael is excellent as she acts as Sales Progressor as a key part of their process liaising with all parties in the chain keeping us completely informed throughout.
