Brilliant and slick from start to finish, and I got FULL asking price for the house too!

Regal Estates Sandwich provided us with professional, proactive and exceptional service throughout the whole process of selling our house. From our authorizing the sale through to completion, an amazing 5 weeks later, we were kept fully informed of progress and felt fully supported throughout. The Solicitors and removal company we used were recommended by Regal and both exceeded expectations in supporting the sales process. Everybody acted as a team , led by Regal,and the whole process was less stressful as a result.

Very disappointed with Regal. Thoroughly demorilised my grand daughter with her first attempt to try and rent a flat. Poor communication and attitude.

Imagine moving into a 'home' covered in food, blood and other questionable stains. Broken appliances throughout, and the grease covered belongings of all the previous tenants. Then picture your estate agent comes along and confirms this is an acceptable state for your property to be in. Wallpaper peeling, mould growing, slugs and ants squatting.
If this sounds like the home for you, choose regal.

From being a student in Canterbury, I have had my fair share of bad estate agents and little did I know there would be one worse than Sandersons.... until I used Regal.

To say the staff here are incompetent would be generous. Completely detached from any of their properties meaning they are oblivious to the conditions they are in and therefore fail to respond to faults and maintenance issues at all unless you email or phone COUNTLESS times. Regal follow in line with the general ethos that students don't matter and are not worthy of receiving the same service as any regular tenant - as was highlighted by their belief that it was acceptable to move us into a property that was covered in filth, rubbish and general waste.

Their customer service leaves much to be desired too. Incapable of following up on anything, despite being ensured after every communication that we had not been forgotten about, of course, we had. Disorganised, careless and unable to prioritise.

My only advice would be to avoid at all costs.

personalities working well together as a team. The dedicated sales progressor was diligent and kept me updated at all times.
I would definitely use Regal Estates again.

From the first meeting to value the property to the completion today everyone at Regal Estates has been professional, courteous and extremely helpful and efficient. We were selling a property but not living in the locality and this was made so much easier by Regal Estates dealing with everything so promptly and always keeping us up to date with developments. We highly recommend their services.

We received a fantastic and efficient service from start to finish , also Rachael was great and kept everything flowing throughout our move !!

From the beginning Regal were very positive about selling our apartment which they did very quickly and at a price higher than other agents had suggested. All the staff are conscientious efficient and friendly but special mention for Rachael whose job it is to pick up responsibility for managing the process from offer to completion - she was always on top of things and thinking ahead so the sale went through quickly and without a hitch. All estate agents should be like this!

Once they had found me a new home and a buyer for my existing house I was introduced to their sales progressor Rachael. She continued the good work and made sure that the sale and purchase process rang smoothly and speedily.
I can not speak too highly of this great team of professionals who really listen to your requirements and then more than deliver on their promises.
