I have Recently purchased a house through Regal Estates in Sandwich. after selling my house through another agent and dealing with several others along the process I can honestly say that the Team at Regal have been AMAZING!
Roger, Ryan, Yvonne and Charlie made the viewing process smooth and professional. we have had a few hiccups in our process but Roger and his team communicated the entire process and let us know what was going on every step of the way. A very dedicated, professional team. True credit to Regal.

Rachael the Sales Progressor deserves a very special mention, if I was to buy and sell again I would pick Regal based on Rachael alone. her dedication to her job is so commendable, her knowledge, perseverance and work ethic are truly outstanding. her workload must be huge but everytime I needed information or an update she would be there, often out of her work hours too! we couldn't have done it without her knowledge and dedication. I actually miss our communication. Rachael is a big asset, friendly, professional and so knowledgeable. well done to everyone at Regal we are so HAPPY that we made it through to the end goal after such a long time.

The team at Regal are exceptional. The sale of my house was extremely heart breaking and everyone at Regal acted in a professional and caring manner throughout. They all went above and beyond their duties and were always available whenever I had questions. The whole team made a difficult sale much much easier and I can not thank them and recommend them enough.

I happy to recommend this estate agent as one to trust, something hard to find! I have used their services twice in recent years, the latest in 2017. On both occasions I was given excellent, accurate and professional advice on the housing market and how best to proceed. Moving home and selling / buying property is said to be one of the more difficult things we may encounter, for me this agent made me feel very well supported. Although I did speak with a few members off staff I would mention in particular a young man named Robert who was most helpful and knowledgeable.

Honest estate agents are hard to find.... but look no further! Their friendly, non-pushy staff helped so much with the sale of my house. It sold so quick, probably helped by Robs great photography skills. They know their stuff... would definitely recommend and use again. They go the exrra mile which is the service you want.
