VERY HAPPY WITH OUR REGAL AWNING
A director of Regal Awnings came in May and gave us a quote and delivery time of mid August. Very knowlegable about his product and gave us confidence. We were disappointed about the delivery date but appreciated that they were very busy. As promised awning was installed in mid August. Installers were quick and efficient. Our blue and white stripped electric awning looks very nice and smart. Unfortunately the weather hasnt been too good up until now but we are looking forward to using our awning in the future.

We are very happy we chose Regal Awnings. The quality of the awning is excellent and we were very impressed with the range of different options to choose from. The two men who came to fit the awning were professional and polite and very tidy. The awnings are not the cheapest on the market but it's well worth spending a bit more on these as the quality is superior to others we had seen.

I am pleased with the final result but…
I am pleased with the final result but thought it poor that the man who came to measure up did not explain how the blind would be lifted to the second storey balcony. Really annoying was that when they came to fit it there were only two men and no ropes to lift it from the ground floor patio. A totally wasted visit. I had to make another appointment a week later.

Unfortunately, not all installations are straight forward. It was not marked on your order that we would need a 3 man crew which meant that we sent a 2 man crew and the installation could not be completed on the original fitting date and for this we do sincerely apologise.

Excellent product - Poor customer relations
Excellent product! BUT we had to wait for many weeks for delivery - and the customer communications were DREADFUL!
Rather rude and abrupt, that communication which we did receive was arrogant and simply failed to recognize the normal relationship between customer and supplier. They made very little effort to pro-actively tell us about delays.
The quality of the awning - and the attitude, manners, and efficiency of the two chaps who came to fit it were EXCELLENT!

We apologise that you feel you were spoken to in an abrupt manner and that our communication with you was not of a high standard, as you can see from our other reviews this is not a standard practice.
I have looked back over our email communications and can see that we did answer your emails quickly, also one of our Directors did call you to explain the delays we were experiencing with fabric and other materials, these delays were not only experienced by Regal it has been a worldwide problem this year due to the pandemic and also the huge influx of orders.
As soon as we were in receipt of your order we arranged for the installation to be carried out immediately as we knew you had been waiting around 3 weeks longer than originally anticipated.
The product that you have purchased is of very high quality and we are confident you will enjoy the product for many years to come.
Once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The two guys that turned up with my new awning looked professional. There was good communication between myself and the fitters regarding the location
and fitting of the awning. The process was quick and without any issues. I have used the awning a few times since installation and am delighted with the finished product. The colours of the fabric and the awning frame are exactly as I ordered them. I look forward to many years of enjoyment from this product.

Garage doors and awning restoration
We bought garage doors and asked Regal to restore our old awning. Unfortunately the doors were delayed due to import difficulties and the awning broke on restoration; but Regal resolved the difficulties and we ended up with just what we wanted. Its easy to give a service when everything goes well but its the way problems are resolved that makes the difference between a good supplier and an excellent supplier.

We love our verandah from Regal. It's created a whole new 'outside room' in our garden. Covered, but outside. Ideal for meals and dinner parties. Especially with the blind, which is ideal for sunny days. Installers were very good, worked fast and did a good job.

Good service and value for money. Customer service was good including choosing the correct Awning for our property. After a slight delay caused by Brexit(!) the fitters arrived and swiftly assembled and fixed the awning to the wall.
