Excellent service just waiting on the summer to arrive to enjoy the shade .

Very efficient, tidy job. Fitted a 7m × 4m awning and we weren't asked to pay a penny until the job was finished.

Excellent service from start to finish .professional, punctual and efficient.

The company did not disappoint, lovely awning, excellent communications, and professional team for fitting. Price was extremely competitive, and in our view provides excellent value.

I would recommend Regal Awnings without reservation.
Despite a delayed installation due to material availability from Europe, when it was received the installation proceeded very quickly. Within two hours of the two operatives punctual arrival the installation was fitted and fully operational. The two installers were very considerate and cleared up excellently afterwards. This despite a fairly difficult location which is over three meters above patio level. We are very very pleased with the awning. .I so am pleased that we decided to change to remote operation electrical even though this was after initial order. This change may have also been a contributory cause for the installation delay. Truly recommend.

Very good company, our awning came on time is of good quality and we are very happy. The guys who came to fit it were very professional, clean tidy and efficient. We would happily recommend.

From start to finish Regal done a great job. Competitive pricing and excellent quality of product. The fitting crew were courteous of our property and surroundings and left the site in a immaculate condition.

The awning looks ok. It is so small. Not what I thought it would look like. I am disappointed. The fitters were very nice lads

The 4 month wait for the awning was worth it. We decided to splash out and buy the motorised one.
Because it comes with a strong visible frame, we chose a frame colour that blended with the garden to make it look less obvious.
There was a wide range of both frame and awning colours to choose and we picked a vibrant green awning which just looks great extended.
Once out at full length, it covers our decking perfectly and protects against rain - even strong rain. To stop water collecting, one side can be lowered, creating a cosy ambiance.
The 3 guys who came and fitted it could not have been more helpful. It took 3 hours of careful labour and measurement - so dont even consider trying to do it yourself.
We are really happy and though not cheap, feel confident that it will be well used over the next 30 years.

I am quite disabled and the two young men removed my old awning and all the old fixing bolts. The new holes were drilled and in no time the new electric awning was up and I was asked to let the men know the lowest height I wanted it. Finally, the wall was drilled to allow the electric cable to come into the house and the plug was attached to it. It was great to be asked to step outside and activate the motor with the remote control and see my beautiful awning for the first time. The men cleaned up and left no trace they had been. I was delighted with Regal Awnings. Thank you very much and I cannot wait till next summer.

I just had my awning fitted, I kept the existing framework, they did a refurb of cleaning the framework and tighten up the nuts and bolts to make sure it opened and closed and put the new cover on, done very quick and efficiently, it looks lovely

We bought our awning from Regency Awnings about three years ago. They are now owned by Regal. The awning stoped working and i tried to sort out the programmer using the instructions which are difficult to follow however looking at the internet i managed to work out it was the remote control at fault. I phoned Regency a few times and left messages. Then i discovered the Regal had taken them over and called them. Eventually a lady did call me and even said the remote was still under guarantee. She said she would get someone to call me to help.That was about 6 weeks ago and since then i have had no contact. I have now bought a new remote control and fixed the problem myself.
The moral of this long tale is nice awnings but terrible after sales service.
Update - I have now been contacted by Regal who say that they have not yet taken over the business from Regency. However, they have offered to compensate me for the new remote i bought. So i will gladly accept!

Awning exactly what we required.

My one wish was that we could have had a better idea about the electric cable run and that it could have been covered/contained in a cable box. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Representative fully explained the awning and how to sue it, Delivery was on time and the erection of it with the removal of the old awning and other associated material was quickly and efficiently undertaken.

The fitters were neat, tidy, polite and efficient and considering how big our awning is the whole installation was done in a very timely manner - would not hesitate to recommend Regal to anyone

Regal Awnings are excellent. I recently bought two new awnings (one to replace my existing 17 year old Regal Awning - only replaced as I wanted a different colour scheme). From start to finish all the team were professional and friendly. The awnings are high quality, strong and robust, with optional extras such as beautiful lights. I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone.
