Very good product. Straight forward to select awning, place order, arrange installation and pay. The guys arrived as agreed and installed it efficiently, leaving the site tidy. Would have been five stars but wiring could have been neater and they didn't put sealant in the hole they had to drill through the outside wall, so water could have got in - not good in a timber framed house.

Excellent service from beginning to installation all our questions & concerns where answered completely. We are so pleased with our awning & would highly recommend Regal to friends & family.

We found the work was carried out by your staff very efficiently and friendly they cleaned up.before they left they walked us through the work and explaining all and answering our questions.

We’d been doubtful about whether an awning could be fixed to our older house with hung tiles etc but Regal came up with a plan, the price was reasonable & a few weeks later we are in possession of our new remote controlled awning. We’re absolutely delighted with the quality and appearance and are looking forward to some much needed summer sun and, when necessary, some welcome shade from our new awning.

Looks a quality product, was not cheap but looks value for money. Worth spending extra on the Windsor model.

We bought our first awning from Regal over 20 years ago and they have kept in touch since. This year's email prompted us to enquire about a replacement awning and we received good advice from them. The price had gone up a bit but was competitive and we knew how well their products last. Installation was excellent and we're delighted with the awning.

Early days yet, only had it 2 weeks. Patient salesman when I changed my mind about colour. Speedy delivery and erection. Waiting to see if anything goes wrong and how the guarantee holds up if it does.

Having had our old Regal Awning for over 20 years, with no problems, we decided to order a new one and from Regal again. They came and took our order, and supplied and fitted it within the time frame agreed and they took the old one away. Excellent service from a local company that’s been established for well over 20 years.
