Excellent service again.. quick response, knowledgeable rep, great coms. First Awning was back in 2000.. always go back to Regal, even though they are a long way away.. excellent fitters, A++ service, highly recommended.

We are absolutely delighted with the Glass Room from Regal Awnings. The product is absolutely superb, and the teams that came to measure up and to fit the Glass Room were extremely friendly and professional. The fitting was inside a week from start to finish.

When we had a small issue with the sealant at one point once we'd started experiencing heavy rain, they were quick to respond with a fix. Rare professionalism and a polite, friendly manner from everyone we've had dealings with. Would highly recommend looking into - no ordinary conservatory!

Very professional and a quality installation

From requesting a brochure at RHS Tatton Park, to representatives visit and installation everything has been prompt, informative and clear. Very happy with quality, installation and service.

Regal installers arrived about 9:15 am. The awning was fitted, tested and usaged all explained in a couple hours or less. Very impressed with them, the workmanship and quality of product.

At all stages I have been impressed with your company. Everything was done with maximum efficiency and I would not hesitate to recommend you.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Having had one of their awnings for over 20 years we certainly got our moneys worth - let's hope this one lasts as long!!

Installers completed the work within a professional manner also very tidy

We were quoted for a new 4 metre awning by Regal on July 22nd and were told that installation would probably take place in late August or early September.

True to their word, installation took place on September 8th. The weather was awful on the day, with heavy rain at times. But the installation team soldiered on and had the awning operational within a couple of hours.

The two man team were efficient, friendly and helpful, so all-in-all this was a good experience and we are very happy with the result.
Obviously, our awning has not long been installed and only time will tell how it performs in the longer term.

However we do benefit from a 10 year warranty so we are covered if any defects should crop up within that period.
