From quotation to installation, we have only positive comments. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and efficient, timing was as expected and installation was quick and effective. We did not choose the cheapest quote, but the guarantee and request for payment only after the awning was installed and working made us feel Regal is a trustworthy company. We are very pleased with the product and look forward to using it when the weather improves!

The representative of the company that came to our house was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the design of awnings and the different details of their own equipment and materials used in their manufacture. A timeline for manufacturing and delivery was also discussed and agreed. The awning was delivered and installed within the agreed date. The installation team were professional and efficient, the awning was installed quickly with no issues and no mess. We are very pleased with our awning.

A professional service from start to finish. Always dubious of having a salesperson visit at home; however, Tony was not pushy and answered all of our questions with ease and allowed time for us to process the decision. Someone in the office even sent some additional photos to support our decision process. After the order was placed, we were kept updated with the possible fitting date and time. The two fitters were superb and very professional. They even advised on the best fitting location to ensure when it was fully extended I could still fit underneath without hitting my head on the end of it.
Left the fitting area tidier than when the arrived. Once the awning was fitted, they gave me a comprehensive guide about how to, and not use, the awning. Once the payment was made, someone confirmed it was received and a detailed receipt sent.
We are exceptionally pleased with the awning and the quality is excellent. They even left a colour matched touch-up paint. The awning looks great on the wall too. Highly recommended company.

I cannot give anything but praise to this company. We had a large awning fitted to the back of the house and it is exceptional! The quality is amazing and it has opened up our patio as another room! The arrangement and communication was fantastic - every member of staff I spoke to was helpful and friendly. The fitting process was fast and efficient - the fitters were very respectful of the area and tidied away at the end. The awning material did not fit (not an issue from the company but the suppliers) and the fitters were not happy to sign off the job until it was right - so they had another awning cover made and returned to fit it when the weather allowed it. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and am very happy with the quality and service I provided - and the price was not extortionate either. However, you get what you pay for and we got a fantastic deal! Thank you!

I felt confident that my order would be fulfilled on time and exactly as promised by the salesperson. A very professional job and an asset to the house and garden.

The awning is just as I imagined it to be. I would have liked a follow-up appointment to adjust the angle and pitch of the installation during the day at an appropriate time, as it was impossible to guess the optimum hang for the best shade on installation day.
The product is lovely and so far is working well. The installation team were professional and very tidy.

Overall a reasonably positive experience: the various options for different types of awning, their advantages/suitability and costs were clearly explained at the outset, and the fitting process was straightforward and undertaken within the time frame discussed. The awning itself appears well-made, looks as good as the pictures and has been most useful during June's hot spell.
However, at fitting on 2 May, the winder supplied was too large, and I was promised a suitable replacement would be arranged and delivered 'soon' with a phone call to arrange a date for delivery (never received). This in fact took me two calls and an email over the course of May-July to chase this up, with delivery finally taking place on 20 July, some 12 weeks after fitting.
An irritating conclusion over a relatively minor issue!

Stunning glass veranda and electronically-operated awning. It was a complex space but Regal used their ingenuity to create the perfect veranda and we're thrilled with the results. The staff were all friendly, conscientious and respectful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Dr and Dr Holdridge.
