AGRESSIVE, VIOLENT AND RUDE staff! They prohibited us from using the bathrooms.
We had the worst experience of our lives on the bus route from Milan to Prague due to the aggressive behavior of the drivers towards passengers and being prohibited from using the restroom for most of the journey.
After departing Milan, passengers tried to use the restroom, but the restroom was locked and they couldn't enter. They attempted to use it at different times, but it remained locked. When the bus arrived at the Lugano stop, several passengers were waiting to use the restroom. A passenger politely asked one of the drivers if he could unlock the restroom as passengers needed to use it. At that moment, the driver started yelling aggressively at the passengers in his language and did not unlock the restroom.
While in Lugano, another passenger respectfully asked the other driver if he could unlock the restroom. He also began yelling and did not unlock the restroom. Consequently, no passengers could use the restroom despite having urgent needs, causing significant distress.
Approximately 10 minutes after leaving Lugano, one of the drivers got up, unlocked the restroom, used it himself, and then locked it again. It was really weird situation because they didn't let us use it, but they were using it themselves. This meant that from about 3 hours nobody could use the restroom. After three hours a driver unlocked the restroom without informing any passengers that it was available for use.
It is suspected that the drivers locked the restroom to avoid cleaning it, but this caused significant distress to many passengers who had urgent needs. This was undoubtedly the most unpleasant, suffering, and aggressive journey experienced in my life. Drivers with such behavior should not be working with passengers!

Was booked into to travel from Vienna to Budapest, some problems with tracks they cancelled the train and refused to offer bus replacement service like QBB did. One un interested person to speak to you after 3 hour queue telling you to travel tomorrow.

I have used RegioJet multiple times and they always arrived on time or with only a slight delay. Much better than other proviers.
Tickets are affordable, buses are greatly equipped with accessories.

We had tickets on the coach number 1. But it didn’t arrive!
Staff offered us 2 variants:
1) stay for entire trip and ask for 50% compensation later
2) cancel our booking and go on another train. No compensation in price difference will be provided in this case.
Staff said that coach is full and didn’t help us to find probably available places. We were searching for them in the whole train by ourselves.

Terrible customer service
I o urchased two tickets of a higher category ("Relax") for a train journey from Prague to Bratislava. Due to technical reasons, the company eliminated the carriage where our seats were located.
Upon boarding, we found ourselves without assigned seats and were instructed by the staff to sit in any available seats, with the assurance that someone would assist us later. Throughout the journey, we constantly had to change seats, carrying heavy luggage through cramped aisles.
Close to the last hour of the trip, exhausted, we requested to speak with someone in charge to resolve the issue. One passenger, recovering from recent surgery, couldn't exert much effort, which prompted me to purchase higher-category "Relax" seats for added comfort.
The responsible staff eventually provided us with available seats of a lower category for the remainder of the journey and assured us of a full refund for the initially purchased tickets.
To my surprise, the company's response to my refund request, after a lengthy delay and persistence, was to offer only 50%, claiming we were given "standard" seats—a version that does not align with the actual events.
Despite multiple attempts to clarify and provide a detailed account, the company did not make an effort to verify the facts with the staff, relying instead on potentially inaccurate or incomplete information in their systems.
This is not about the monetary value but rather the disrespectful treatment of the customer. The handling of this issue, both during and after the journey, was regrettable.
In summary, the trip was dreadful, and while we initially tried to understand the situation due to technical and management issues, the subsequent customer support proved to be even more disappointing.

Thieves!!! I was threatened by the driver who tried to close the trunk on my head. She forced me to pay €10 in cash or she wouldn't let me leave. I was forced to pay for the hand luggage that was included in the ticket, in cash, without any receipt.

Train arrival time kept getting delayed and switched around. The platform it was set to arrive on kept changing as well, so I was running all around the train station. Customer service representative was rude and useless. The departure board that was specific to regiojet did not update on time and I ended up missing my train when the arrival time was bumped up 10 minutes after hours of delays. Waste of time and money and more. No one should ever use this company.

We traveled from Prague to Krakow (at least we were supposed to). No one asked us for tickets until we asked ourselves!!!
The heating in the compartment didn't work. We asked the conductor if it would work. She said that no!!! There was -2 outside, and it felt -2 inside too. We slept in our clothes and wrapped in everything we had. It was very cold!!!
Finally, we woke up in Rzeszów (2 hours out of Krakow). No one woke us up in Krakow! We asked the conductor how it could happen, and she just giggled.
Just avoid this company as a plague!
