Working in a serviced office in Piccadilly, London however they’re missing the service element.
Dangerous water points with rotting countertops in the kitchen that have been left on rather than being repaired. This has brought up to the staff many times.
Office provided with air conditioning that hasn’t worked since moving in months ago. Even with lots of notice prior to the 32-34 degree days there has been no solution provided whatsoever.
Despite numerous complaints there’s been no response.
Strangely the lobby area is kept wonderfully cool you just have to head into the actual office space you pay for the sauna experience.

Regus is shocking. This is a serviced business offering that offers no service. Our aircon has been broken for 6 months and they have lied and ignored us repeatedly whilst our team suffer in the stifling heat.
There are also major health and safety issues in the building with taps broken and leaking on to electrical appliances.

Incredibly poor service!
We have had no aircon for months with no willingness to resolve the situation. Completely inhospitable conditions with our office temperature reaching 34 degrees yesterday. Destroyed and broken kitchen spaces to top it off.

This building is falling apart and the landlord doesn't care.
We have been a tenant for about 6 months and have had a terrible experience. There are issues with safety, climate and security, none of which the landlord takes seriously. They've even refused to meet to discuss.
Our initial issue was that the aircon doesn't work in half the building, including our suite, and despite temperatures reaching 30 degrees they refuse to help. We have had to pay for our own aircon machines at significant costs with the landlord running away from even having a meeting about the issue. At one point they promised to provide us with aircon units and said these would be 4 weeks. That was 12 weeks ago and they've now stopped responding.
Worst still, the boiling water tap in the communal kitchen is broken. The solution Regus have come up with is to shove three knives into the worksurface supporting the boiling water tap. This is a health and safety disaster.
The third major issue is security. None of the security pads work so it is possible to walk into the building (where there isn't regularly a receptionist), go through the stair case and reach the upper floors, where similarly the security pads do not work. This means anyone has access to the building.
There have also been separate ad hoc issues such as the basement flooding with sewage and the lifts regularly being out of service.
We've tried to raise all of the above issues with Regus but been ignored.

If I could give Regus zero stars I would have done so. The offices we rent have had BOTH lifts out of order now for 6 weeks. Complaints are met with a shrug and complete indifference. An absolute joke of a company.
